Carnival Cinemas Complaints & Reviews

Today I came for a weekend movie with my family and it has been hardly 30 minutes I am sitting here and planning to leave the show and go back to home.
Most pathetic sitting arrangement, broken chairs, uncleaned floors and the most important factor is screening is worst.
I need the refund for ruining my weekend.

Lastly want to add that a bulb is on behind my seat to the stairs which is annoying my time....

Carnival cinemas of Hajipur is always switching off the AC during movies. This has happened for more than 1 year now. The supervisor and manager must be dismissed since they are cheating by not providing the facilities promised as against the amount paid....

Yesterday i had booked dabaang 3 movie tickets, movie timing is 1.00 pm in carnival kt vision theater. I gotted screen 3 where my seat no is a21 and a22, sofa seat. The maintenance of seats are in worst condition. I booked seat no a21 and a22 which is in a very very worst condition because of which i had to seat another seat and also ac was not running...

We booked 4 tickets today by bookmyshow.
Booking id - wdbnanf
Tickets - 4, audi - 3
Platinum - a17, a18, a19, a20

Complaints -
No staff from cinema.
Some other guys sitting on our seas.
Seats condition - pathetic, seats damaged, left armrest missing.
We moved 10 rows lower (Platinum to lower category)... But same conditions of seats.
All seats dirty and whole audi had...

Guys over der r giving 20 rs packet of cashews instead of tender change. And dey behave rudely if questioned. Ironically dese eatables are allowed in theatre complex but 20 rs chips pack of my 4 years old son is not. Rules shud b same fr all.

When ever i try booking tickets online, the top most seats are shown already booked. I was trying to book tickets for the movie romeo akbar walter at dreams mall at bhandup west for 9.00pm or 10.00 pm. But i dnt understand why all the seats of top 2 rows for both shows were showing booked. This happens everytime. And when same tickets are booked at the counter they are available. This is fooling the customer who book online tickets...

On 16/02/19 i bought 3 platinum tickets by using my debit card 2 times & also i paid 660 rs by cash at carnival cinemas moshi, pradhikaran pune.
But till yet im not getting my money return from carnival cinema.

100+ times i have asked to manager & other staff but not getting any reply.

Right now i am at screen 4 of the carnival cinemas, watching তৃতীয় অধ্যায়. The picture quality is so bad that the experience is worse than watching a sd channel in 100 inch tv screen.

We don't come to a cinema hall to experience such a bad quality picture. I don't know if the movie file is of bad quality or the carnival cinema equipment is. This needs to be fixed or consumer's money to be returned....

I have made a bill of rupees 300 at food counter in carnival chinchwad during interval so immediately they had asked me to sit you will receive bill but i havent received bill so when i enquire their manager he replied he might have forgotten to give bill so i am not clear why customer has to ask bill and why did they have kept a board with if you didnt receive bill your order is freee

I have booked 2 movie tickets of sharato lagu (Gujarati movie) at carnival cinema (Rmall mulund) on 27th october 2018 through book my show. I recently came to haldwani and being the only known cinema.. Carnival cinemas i started going to watch movies there.. What i noticed was.. The theatres were too dirty and stinky.. They never cleaned them and our whole family stopped going.. They have opened new screen which was good but again it's becoming the same and hygiene issue is too high there.. I recommend everyone not to go.. Take a note of it.. And do resolve this issue or soon...

I came to watch a movie at carnival cinemas ameerpet mean while I was thirsty as expecting water bottel rates to be at 20 rupees kinley 750 ml Water bottle but no shockingly it was 60 rupees Schweppes 1tr and they say mrp is 60 rs.
What the f is this which govt approved This company to sell 5 rs a 1tr water bottle to 60 rs.
It is a very serious issues where people are dying without water and this people are making money from...

I had purchased a carnival movie card and tried booking through the app the entire day but it was not working. The. For an 8:35 show we went to the booking office and even there they said there is an issue and server is slow try it from the app. Me and my 2 friends were constantly trying and only my app went through the payment gateway and my money was deducted but no confirmation of the movie. I placed and order in tgip carnival cinema at interval my show was of time 11 pm the guy said to send us the order to the seat and after half an hour he refused that there was not any such order. Even we showed him bill but he refused. When we shown them our bank reciept paid to them then they delivered that item its really very bad service. It was a very bad expireance with carnival cinemas....

1. The seats allotted were broken and had to be changed.
2. No card transaction facility at snacks counter.
3. The nachos combo was suppose to be with cheese and salsa dip but was not provided with cheese dip. It was provided with intervention of duty manager.
4. On being asked for complaint register it was provided with delay.
I want to complain about the misconduct of the staff who are not doing their duties...

On 04/02/2018 we went to watch the movie padmavat 3d at durgapur. My friend lost her purse there. We informed there and the supervisor helped us very much to find it out. But one of the security gurds (Who was checking in guests) behaviour wasvery rude and insulting. I am submitting this complaint to let you know how the staff is disrespectful and the cinema is charging money for ac which they aren’t using it during the movie hours. On 12jan i booked 3 tickets (Platinum class worth rupees 450/-). After reminding them several times they didn’t do it. So pl take action against these guys and do needful as these guys are disrespectful the costumers since a very long time....

We have booked 4tickets at carnival cinemas on 13th. It is extremely disappointing to note that there was no ac in the theater.

I did online payment of 150 Rupees for carnival cinemas dindigul on 16/02/2017 .but i did not get any online seat confirmation or failure status from carnival side.my transaction Reference no is[protected]. and my account no is [protected], axis bank, Dindigul-2. i need failure mail from carnival to claim my refund amount.please consider this and do needful....
