no swing and oscillation
i had purchased 1.5 tonne durakool split ac last year march and this year also one 1.5 tonne ac split durakool in which i noticed that there was no down swing and oscillation facility which gives slow cooling when compared to other companies when i complained the same with dealer vijay marketing ,kadapa dealer he said simply why dont u put fan also ie,.cieling fan in on position which will cover entire room ,so that cooling will be sufficient....

I had purchased 1 ton Carrier Split AC from M/s Kings Electronics Khargar In Nov'09.1st Free servicing was due after 4 months but nobody came.On 3rd may '10 when my AC stopped Cooling,I tried to lodged a complain throgh customer care phone printed on Bill.But they told since I have purchased from Kharghar instead of Panvel I have to lodge complain there at kharghar.When I contacted Kharghar they told me we are forwarding your complain...
