I had purchased an Carrier Split AC in the month of September 2009 and on 24/03/10 i logged a complain on 24/03/10 vide complain No. KOL1159 when i was told that people will visit by place the next day, which they did visit and after inspection they said that some gas needs to be refilled which they will do it on the next day 25/03/10 and they left, but that next day never came. I purchased carrier Durakool AC of 1.5 ton in the month of Feb 2008.I started using it in march 2008 but it was not working.Even after several complains in carrier AC call center no technician had visite my home and rectify my problem.
It seems that i did a mistake by purchasing carrier AC....
