Hi
I ordered for 2 carysil sinks from JP Cermaics Bangalore. Upon delivery, we noticed that one of the sinks had a crack. We informed the dealer and they informed Carysil office in Jayanagar in turn. It has been several weeks since the inspection from the company and I have not heard back from Carysil on the next steps.
My architect tells me that there have been other cases of such defects with Carysil sinks for his other clients...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Rusting of stainless steel blocker
In each part of the sink (2), there is one blocker, we only use one part and leave the other. But now the part which we dont use has started rusting. Please look in on this issue....
