Cashbackkart is a hopeless company cheating customer online, I ordered Philips 50000 mAh Power bank +blue tooth ear device @1390+100 courier charges, what I received is Motorola External Battery Pack 32000 mAh + blue tooth device HBQi7 which is both faulty not working, a cheat company no telephone complaint number is working no reply on mail id . A hopeless company cheating to the customer online, beware never ever deal with such company...

I bought a bluetooth headphone and power bank of samsung which is totally duplicate and apart of that which is even not working, so i placed the complaint at the same day of delivery by sending them the mail 3 time from last 5 days but there is no reply from there side which is not good, i asked them to call but no call, and there customer care number i am calling is not available only, very bad company, suggest all to not to go with this...

I have ordered sony power bank and wireless ear phone in CASHBACKKART .
I received the products through BLUEDART courier service . The received products are duplicate and even they didn't enclosed invoice in the delivery pack. Tried to contact customer care, but there is no response from them.

It was a scheme of free 32000 vt powerbank of sony.
I have received my order on 31st jan.
But the bluetooth is damaged.
And the power bank is totally dead.
I need a immediate action on my complaint.

Against my order - wishing one - order wo[protected], i have received the consignment from the courier service – delhivery.com, yesterday afternoon and paid rs.1, 100 in cash to the delivery boy, but to my surprise there was no philips 30000 mah power bank inside the box, but instead there was one old, unpacked, unbranded and defective power bank with inscriptions on it as 25000 mac without any invoice, user’s manual etc. Even the said...

Last week i ordered a product named nokia 3310 and samsung bluetooth for 1000 rupees. They mentioned that they were delivered refurbished products only but they delivered me chinese product which were duplicate. Now they are ignoring my return request. So please help me out in getting my money back.

I received a faulty product. The phone charger blasted creating a smoke and noise, turning off the electrical fuse at my home. Not a safe product.
