Worst activa vehicle service

Hi this is ravi from bangalore, ramamurthy nagar, 560016. I had given by activa 5g for service at castrol bike zone, franchised by nimishamba. Service was bad that, they had told me that new battery has to replaced and said ok. But after a week, got to know that battery was drained. Said they will check and let me know. Am not sure if they had replaced new battery or old one with being charged. I have no clue what they have done.

I have two bikes one Hero Honda Splendor & other is Honda Shine. Few weeks back my both bikes got problem my Splendor Bike Start picking Engine Oil. I have given my unicorn bike for servicing in castrol bike zone, arcot road, porur branch. They had promised me for servicing all my complaints but dey have not done any major work and still my complaints remains the same and they have charged 818 rs for this service. regarding closure of their service centres

i purchased a service plan from the company on 13/9/2009 which enables me to get my bike serviced for 3 times in a year.and now the company has closed its branches from Agra,and my service coupon is sue with the company alongwith two other coupons. in total worth Rs. 350.
i tries to contact the company regarding my claim,but hav got no answer.
i fell like cheated.
because they are not even answering me....

Hi,
Due to the brand name castrol, i decided to get my bike servicied from castrol bike zone, near air force station, gurgoan haryana. NIce infrastructure of service station, but after service what i found they didn't washed my bike well all the dirt was as same before the servicing. I am blaming castrol for this but castrol should perform a quality check before alloting its brand name, because a trust factor is with the name...
