My mother had an extremely traumatic and pathetic experience from cathay pacific airlines cx897

First of all, my flight was delayed due to technical fault or something else. On top of that, i've to wait at the cx 897 for more than 3 hour due to breakdown or something else. On the plane, crews member don’t gave any breakfast to eat and drink to water. I totally spend my money useless.

HARRASMENT, MENTAL TORCHURE & FRAUD

I am 55 yrs old women, i had bought 3 tickets for Mumbai to HongKong (return) for myself and my children on special fare offer provided by the company at Rs.17500/- which can be utilized before 31st March and was valid for the period of 90 days.
I board my flight on 30th March for Hong Kong and now when i am willing to come back to mumbai from hong kong they are saying that yours is the special class which is full.

Cathay Pathetic

In Brief, I paid $7467 for a business Class ticket, and get put on a decrepit old aircraft with seats so bad I have an ongoing back injury over 12 months later. The way Cathay handled my complaint was ludicrous and they have gone no way near a satisfactory result. Pathetic and shamefull. Best put your life into the hands of a Company that does really care because Cathay certainly don't.

was served nonveg food in flight when i had confirmed booking of strict veg meal

i had a confirmed booking from mumbai to dubai on the 24th of october 2007 via cathy pacific airlines for their flight no cx751.( SEAT NO 59J) my request for strict vegetarian meal which is in the category of a jain meal was confirmed by mail from the airlines .the same was given to me as strict veg meal on the flight.
to my horror and disgust while eating the meal i found nonvegetarian curry in the meal .
