This is Saurabh jain. I have placed order on izoneshop.com which is the mobile and by making payment amounting Rs 11789 through hdfc credit card on cc avenue gateway but subsequently I cancelled my transaction within the second of placing the order.
I have given several reminder to company but no reply has been given by them still yet.

I have cancelled my order on 4th June 2016 and still no refund is granted to me.br...
