It hasn't been dispatched yet. I've been told that it takes 5-7 days after the application is approved to be dispatched.

I applied for a new CDC(Continuous Discharge Certificate) but just before making payment, i figured that the date of issue and expiry for my passport is incorrect as I used American date and time notation.
