Not working properly

On 6th december i have purchased ceramic 8821 swh shower cubicle coccoon (B2511103) from your showroom "vtj homedecor". (See the copy of bill attached) as it has been assembled and installed, we noticed its defect of not getting drained the water. As we complained then and there itself, we were requested to wait a week or two for correcting it. And as we started using it the defect has been increasing day by day and now...

Seat covers of ewc s trap coppa c/p white cera boken

I have purchased 2 cera coppa closets from kp sanitary stores in trivandrum vide bill no. 1378 dated 21.02.2015. Both of its seat covers broken away. I have complained it in cera toll free number. But they have not attended my complaints so far. Please replace the seat covers since i have spent rs. 19600/-.

Seat cover

I renovated my bathroom in oct 2013.at that time the dealer said that all products carry a warranty of 10 yrs.but on lodging a complaint that the seat covers hydraulic system is not working.the technician called and said that the visiting fees of Rs150 shall be charged and i shall have to pay for the parts seperately.what is this warranty.t his is cheating in the name of warranty....

Defective CERA Products

Hi We got three bathrooms renovated entirely with CERA sanitary ware and accessories. The shower panels and diverters installed have been found to be faulty in all three bathrooms. the installation is one month old. One diverter parts replacement is done. faulty products

I have recently remodelled the bathrooms at my apartment and have taken all cera products believing the shopkeeper when he talked about the much said quality and service of cera..but to my dismay it has just been one and a half month since I installed the fixtures and most of the parts have started falling apart..I have called up the cera customer care and they have sent me a technician who simply says there wont be any warranty claim for...

leaking bathroom fittings- complained no response

cera sanitary items repair

Kristal Group is one of the established Builders in Trivandrum . For 2 projects (multistoried Buidlings) we have purchased CERA sanitary ware items.(through the dealer- Saraswathy Enterprises Kunnukuzhy Trivandrum) But we are facing major complaints to your products. We have registered a compliant on 8th may regarding some repairs of CERA products, but we didn't receive any response against that.

Seat Covers are unstable
