I had ordered a chocolate product on 9th November 2015. (ORDER ID : 103339) After a week of not delivering the product I asked them to cancel the order which they refused. Not one month has passed and after a long trail of more than 30 e-mails to the customer support of chocolate mantra they have stopped replying to any of my mails or queries. And the order has not been cancelled too or delivered. Now I demand a refund for the same order...

I had ordered a product of gift items from chocolatemantra.com on 11th feb, 2015 and paid through my debit card. I got a confirmation email and sms. On 13th feb, I got an mail from them that parcel has been shipped. but it did not reach till so many days. I kept on mailing them but i did not get satisfactory reply.
