This is to inform u that i steven visit this theater very often, but always i face problem but i thought it will improve but today is hight my show timing was at 10:15pm but as usual it was delayed in starting the movie we were allowed in audi (4) almost around 10:35 then the advertisement and all the movie started at 10:45pm, before we enter the audi i went to the food counter and asked the person for french fries instead of saying me yes...

HYGIENIC DRINKING WATER NOT PROVIDED

This Multiplex located on the main Godhbunder Road ( Thane) does not have basic Drinking Water availability for guests. They have located a small water storer ( which is not even coverd) in their open Balcony & only provided one Steel glass by the side.
When we approached the Cinemax Staff they did not entertain & shirked away from this complaint. They are only focussed on selling their chargeable food & other items without...
