I have registered and booked by giving two options as specified in termsand conditions given by cinerewardz. But i have not received any tickets till now. When we try to reach customer care, the response is system/server is very slow.

Kindly take action against them.

Its very pathetic o see that companies are befooling to customers and take away hard earned money of customers in the name of offering movie voucher in just rs 60. Neither reliance nor cinerewardz has proper complaint redresal cell to look after complaints. Some action must be taken by administrative authorities for these fake offers. My name is NEELAM Lodha and I received two Cinerewardz vouchers from Reliance Retail and I paid Rs 60 for each voucher. Registration nos CR8f3c8a371 and CRe79467880. We tried innumerable times to book tickets online on their sight without success because the submit button did not work.
Once the booking did go through on the 16th but we got no reply after that. On calling we were told there are some connectivity issues but we will get...

I bought vouchers of cinerewardz which gave me 4 movie tickets for any cinema.Now when i fill the details and voucher code everything on the site provided.I am unable to book those tickets.They have provided wrong information about shows and cinema complexes.They have not provided any contact number or e-mail.They are just fooling the consumers....

Big Cheating Cinerewadz movie voucher
I received 2 Movie vouchers from Reliance Fresh on payment of Rs 69 each on both purchase of Rs 1000 and above stating.
I can use this as movie voucher for 2 persons in each voucher. I did the registration duly as mentioned on the voucher. I have tried 5 times since then but I have got no response from them.


Please look in the matter and let me know the booking status...

I have purchased a voucher at Reliance Fresh.But I could not make a booking with the help of that voucher.My registration no.2eae8b41f. Please consider my complaint and take care that this would not happen in future....

Fraud Voucher for movie tickets, we have got 2 movie tickets @ Reliance fresh for shopping of Rs 2000/- but there is no response from CInerewardz.com after registration....

Movie voucher. We had received movie ticket vouchers from club mahindra at the same seminar.on regisaatering We have received booking code also. We had booked tickets but we had not got any confirmation code for the same. Even after calling cinerewards ( after almost 50+ unsuccessful calls) they told that there is some technical issue and the bookings cannot be done. They never bother to mail you or even call you.Neither do they receive any...

I got a movie voucher for cinerewardz.com. it says on registration I will get the SMS/email for the Authentication code.

When i registered at their website, it did show the message like"

Thank you for registration and authentication code will be sent in mail/sms

But even after waiting for hours...there is no SMS neither an email!
