CITIfinancial (personal loan) — Rude language used by the citifinancial bank to collect installment [Resolved]

I am filling this application to the citi finacial bank regarding the rude language used by your executive to collect the loan installment taken by me in the month of june 2007.
This is the regular problem i used to get in each and every month from june 2007 to may 2009 i am suffering this rude language used by your executive but in this month i.e may 2009 the executive his name nizam have used not only the rude language but used very bad language which i will shame to write here. Your executive told his name as Nizam he called on 12th may, 2009 and the timing was11.45 a.m he used very bad language.
I am requesting you that take severe action against this nizam i had even complained in police station and even provided them contact number he had told me console the bank if they prohibited to take the action then we will take the severe against this nizam and the bank.
The contact number from which i got the call is 40311647 and the timing was 11.46 a.m on 12th may 2009 in the call first one lady has spoken to me she asked me to pay the installment i told her i am in pune i wont be able to come their and even my family members went to native i requested her that i wil come on 22nd of this month and i will pay on that day she refused my words and asked me to talk with her anothe executive named nizam This nizam asked me to pay today i explained him that i am not in mumbai i am in pune so i will pay on 22nd of this month now it is possible to pay the installment He started using bad language he had taken whole of my family using bad language finally he had said that sell your family ladies in the first fort and i will collect the installment from there even i got angry even i used certain ill languages finally i got tired and i cut down the phone he called me several time and used the same language he called me almost 5 to 6 times and said me that scared or that bcoz of this nizam i immedately came to mumbai and even in the last month i have faced the same problem the contact number is [protected]/[protected] / [protected]. this are all the numbers from which i suffered the bad language if further this all increased your executive all tells me that i will brake you house if you refused to pay you teach your executive to tell like this or what and plese send me the notice full and final payment notice i not going to bear any more issue if you refuse to send i will not pay my installment You give training in this way or what to your executive to brake the house and use bad languages what all culture you are falling if teach them in that way then i will take my steps back to go to the court reply the solution immediately to my email address I used to pay m installment regularly. One of your executive called from the MIDC branch and asked to forgive what is doing the crime and asking sorry is not the right culture. I always ask them to give the bank address they refuse to give, give me your bank address in my email address
I am in tension now and my works remaining so immediately take the action and reply me.
Hoping that you will take the severe action
