I have taken a personal loan from citi financial with account number 16118400 from bangalore branch. I have paid 8 EMI and could not continue paying it. I have spoken to an agent by name Kiran to settle off the amount for a reduced amount in Dec 2010 for an amount of 1 Lakh. I could not arrange funds and he has given time to arrange funds.
