I have ordered a dress on 1 January 2019 of order number 91080 but not received yet. Clothes mart is a fraud site .
They told us that they will deliver the item between 10 to 12 days but now the month ends . they did not delivered item yet.
I have bought this dress on 1 st of Jan 2019 from clothes mart on facebook. Clothes mart is fraud company....

Just now i got from your side saying that my order has been cancelled and my money will be refunded. But for the refunding process i have approve 9999 amount from my google pay... What is this fishing thing and i don't understand you my order is cancelled and that also when i raise the compliant you people has saying to me that it was cancelled.. Can any one help me out their to my refund process.. My order number is 90143 and my mobile number...

I have ordered saree and made online payment. After payment i got message saying "your order is successfully received. Your order number is 90913. Your shipment will be delivered in 10-12 days.

But now it's more than 25 days and yet i have not received saree.
I even mailed them but got nothing in response.
As i was going through complaints i came across many such users. Hence...

We have ordered a saree of price 399. We have paid our amount through card they also received our payment. Still we have not yet received our product. We need a solution about this complaint. Please help us to receive our amount.

I have ordered a gown named clothesmart fashion gown for woman? S-57 & order i'd is r #77161 on 28th december 2018. Online payment is already done of rs 399 & have not received my product. I have even called on their no mentioned in their contact detail [protected] but they are not even receiving my call. I am not even able to track my order so want cash back. Please help. There is no trace of that website or anything anymore they have removed...

I have made an order of gown which was blue in colour.. And after some days when i emailed them they replied me saying it will be delivered on 16th january 2019 but i have not received any package from them.. Now they are not even responding to my emails.. When i asked them to send me before 10th january they replied me saying they will try.. We placed an order in clothesmart for 1 choli and 3 gowns via order #92266 on jan 1, 2019 for an amount of rs.2046/-. Received a mail from the on jan 3, 2019, telling that they would refund the money in 10-15 days because of non availability of stock. Yet to receive the money back. Can you'll please make them refund our money back. Been trying to reach them but not able to get their number through, finding it pretty difficult can the concerned...

I ordered a saree in clothes mart on 30th december 2018. I have received payment confirmation mail from clothese mart via order id number 86164. Still not get any updates from them. Given phone number also switched off. I thought many of them cheated from clothes mart. It may be a fraud website. I have lost my money. I felt very bad.
