I have ordered a saree on named clothesmart fashion saree for woman? order i'd is 83033 on 30th december 2018. Online payment is already done of rs 399 & have not received my product. I have even called on their no mentioned in their contact detail [protected] but they are not even receiving my call. I am not even able to tract my order so want cash back. Please help....

I had ordered for one lehnga choli and one western dress on 28th dec 2018. I had already paid an amount of total 948/- for the same. Order no is #74391. I had been constantly mailing them for delivering the order but there is no reply. It's going to be a month since my order. If they cannot provide they should notify and refund the money. Even while ordering there was no option for cash on delivery so had to prepay the money. Please helpe...

I want my money back.. If it is a fraud company why are you promoting online.. One person named "rahul kumar sharma" said me employee no as "709145r" and said me that he will return my money and took my atm card no and the mpin and the expiry date but not returned the money and said me after taking all that he will not be able to return it... Hi... I had ordered for saree on 24 dec. 2018, but not received my parcel, as i had done a mail on the same i'd from which i received bill, i got revert from some deepak. K. Jain saying i will be receiving it by 16 jan 2019, but no updates yet & not yet received my parcel. My order no. Is 59280. As there are so many complaints for same issue, so why cyber crime authorities are not taking any action against those people who created this website...

Ordered for a saree in clothesmart on 24th december 2018. I received the order confirmation message with the order id as 56749 and 56905 this was a prepaid order.

Apart from the order confirmation i have not received any other updates on the dispatch, shipment and delivery through sms or email.

I did not receive my order till date and so i dropped an email to the email address mentioned in the 'contact us' in...

This sight coming in face book, where i found it & booked a order for saree, immediately i made payment, a msg coming to my no that your order succesfully recv & ord. No-90416, shipment will reach you within 10-12 days, email-clothesmart. [protected]@gmail.com, on dt-01.01.2019, still i am not getting any item, it's more than 15 days left,
Kindly arrange for my refund or item,

I have ordered for a saree on dec 31st and it was prepaid. Received a message that product will be delivered within 10-12 days. But haven't received it. Mailed them too but no response. There is no phone number given for this site. Tried to reach the site but it is not getting loaded.

This is completely a fraud company just yo collect money from end user.

Please do not place orders for shares thru advertisements...

Sir i have booked a lahgaa 549 rupees online payment done i have a gmail msg you have done a successfully payment your order no 73043 product delivered in 10 to 12 days but i didn't get any product till today i have done a order 28 dec 2018 but company send me a msg your order will be delivered in 10 to 12 days but costumer care phone no is always switched off i have tried many times...

I had made an online payment of 1596 for purchase of 4 items on 23rd dec 2018. I have not got any update on the same from them. Neither are they answering my call. It seems to be a fraud company. My order number is 52524.
Please help me getting my money back.

I have ordered 11 things from clothesmart.in and payment of 8000 done online but did nt receved any thing from dem... I just want mony back.. No refund came... Please take a serious action and provide the cash back. Please take a serious action on clothesmart.in because if it a fraud then how you promoting it online. Take a serious action by not promoting the website and if any one take a part of it you must to banned clothesmart.in...
