I have submitted a transfer from annexure-21 for transferring of epf contribution of shir gajanan jibhakate (Employee unique id : 95000158.) to his cmpf account bearing cmpf number “ngp/13/1616” by indian post registered having tracking id “e. I.[protected]in”.
Till date i have not received any positive response in this regard, it is humbly requested to kindly look into the matter and apprise us on the status of same at the earliest....

SINCE 1984 I HAVE CONTRIBUTING PROVIDENT FUND IN MY A/C NO. JBP/63/2178 IN THE JABALPUR REGIONAL COMMISSIONER OFFICE THROUGH MY COMPANY SOUTH EASTERN COAL FIELDS LTD. AND UP TO DATE MY PASS BOOK UP TO 2007-08. IN THE MONTH OF JULY '2014 I TRANSFERRED TO KORBA AREA UNDER REGIONAL COMMISSIONER, BILASPUR. BUT MY CMPF LEDGER HAS NOT TRANSFER TO BILASPUR.
