I purchased Garden set 206/16 4S from Comfort Furniture, Aundh on 12 Jan 2016. In October 2016, 2 chairs out of 4 lost their sitting weaving. We contacted Comfort for the same as it was in the warranty period of 2 years. As per their directions, we contacted Mr. Abhijit Kapse. He did not respond even after lodging the complaint. Please don't buy anything from COMFORT FURNITURE HUB , Pune ( Karve Road, aundh). BIG CHEATS.
I am an NRI and bought 1.5 lacs worth of brand new furniture from them recently in 2010( sofaset, 2 full bedroom sets with wardrobes ,beds everything, shoe racks).Within one year , before the warranty expired, we found the furniture laminates peeling from all sides, WOOD BORER insects in some of the items and also a lot of fungus collecting...
