Very fraud company, I order 2 tops of rs 1999.00 only, but after 15 days approx I received two used cheap sari, I tried so many return and contact option but couldn’t .
They are prompting there site on Instagram, and after order there is no customer service and support Exsinting . Total fraud, not recommended for anyone.be aware...

Hello I placed order of three tops, they sent me three cheap sarees. Scamming people for money....

This website scammed me by sending cheap sarees instead of 3 tops I ordered. How can I get my 2900 back that I paid on delivery?! I want to file a complaint against these people so they don’t rip us off again and again like this! E retail should be reliable its high time now!...

I have ordered 2 shirts from comfyqueen.in portal (through FB link)(order id CQ3709 but received 2 cheap sarees. The mail id provided is also fake [protected]@comfyqueen.in . I have received the parcel from Ithink Logistics. I have ordered on 24 June 2022 and received the delivery on June 28, 2022.

I know my money is gone but at least block this website to save others. They are making money through this fraud....

I ordered a product (western top) from https://comfyqueen.in/ and today I received a cheap saree material instead.
When I asked for refund calling comfyqueen.in @ [protected], they tried to phish me. They made me send a sms to [protected] which in turn sent me a link which asked personal bank account details like UPI pin. I did not fill the form and disconencted the phone. But I received a sms for Indian Overseas bank...

I had ordered casual shirt from the site but received saree instead....

Ordered for a western top. Received a saree instead and cannot acces my account for return as they say that no account related to the given email....

Sent cloth in place of top...

I had placed an order for 3 shirts but received very cheap quality sarees instead. No contact number or return address mentioned in their website. This fake company should be seriously banned as they are looting the people. Had payed a total of Rs. 3000 ....

Return policy says if wrong item is received then we are to send it back but where? How? When they haven't shared any details how do we send it?...

I ordered few western tops from this website. But some sarees got delivered to me. I have been cheated. It's a fraud company. Has no contact information at all. No way to reach them....

The order was made were two western tops and i have received a dupatta instead which is not even cost Rs 200....

I ordered a top with COD and they sent a saree... it is a fraud company, no way to write to them, fake email I'd given. Do not know how to warn others. Saw the ad on Facebook and ordered. Should not there be some accountability, how do they allow such fake companies on their portal?? Please do not buy from them, complete scam!!...

I ordered two shirts from their website and what I got in return was three pieces of sarees that are torn . It is a fake site I want my refund any how . We guys get up early in the morning this is our hardware d money and if they really need money they can take a utensil and beg at any traffic signals ....

They are fooling people like anything .. Such a updated website to fool people no way to communicate send such rubbish clothes instead of order and call comes from person SAPNA PATEL who ask for confirmation of your order ... And then never replied back.....
