A loyal customer to airtel services from years. With same mind set and happiness i recently took airtel dth service. Happy to take the connection. But happiness doesn't lost longer. I raised a request for new dth on 6th november, and one of the executive or dealer called me an said they will get it installed. On a daily follow-up he installed the same on 9th november with many follow-up calls and 2 complaints over the phone with airtel customer...
