I have bought idea net setter through Connect India on 8th-June-2013. They have send their Guy with in couple of hrs at my home to deliver the product.
Since then my documents has not been submitted to idea office for further activation process. No body is replying to my calls or emails.

Please advise how can we proceed further to stop such kind of frauds. How can i move to consumer court.

I requested a IDEA post paid connection with www.connectindia.in, which I wanted to port from Airtel to IDEA. Their executive called me thrice in a day & send his executive to collect my documents & Rs. 250.
I gave him and received the receipt too. I received SMS also from their side saying I have booked a connection and my Order ID is - 4848751.

After that one day one guy called me after 10 days...

i m sharing my personal experience and suffering please i request u people to not purchase any stuff from Connectindia .they r lier cheater n fraud no 1 .yesterday i bought a Tata photon . they had promised me thai maximum within 2 hour my card will be activated . but it was not activated after that i had called them for activation they told that within half an hour my issue will be resolved first call i had made around 10 AM n now its 5PM...

I ordered for a Tata Photon modem through "connectindia.in". An agent called me the next day and forced me to pay the cost of the modem through online payment. The modem is not delivered yet and it's being more than a week so I asked them to refund. I was Promised that the sim card would get actvated in 24hrs from[protected] which did not happen till date[protected].

I have been asked to cntact to many number of people to activate the Sim still no response.

I would like to file a leagal complain of Forgery(Cheating)...
