Illegal construction
I am living at F-6 block Rohini sector-16 delhi -110089. My neighbour which house no is F-6/207 sector-16 Rohini is making illigal construction which is harmful for future and now. Please stop this type of illigal construction.

Construction work going on in the night

There is construction work going on with lot of noise and so many trucks coming and going. It's residential area so they should not do this work overnight. Please help. I am not able to sleep from 2 days.

Construction guys making noise even at 2 am

In Serilingampally, Alind employees colony, a new construction is being done behind Vaibhav pride/ Sree Hanuma Srivatsa apartment. The labours are loading, unloading trucks and doing construction work at 2, 3am. This is causing a lot of noise for the residents here.

roads not laid for past 20 years

Roads are totally damaged in k kamaraj nagar, ganapathy, coimbatore. It has been more than 20 years roads are not repaired. During rainy season it is even more worse to walk ahead. We do not have counsellor in our area and hence we all together went to mayor putting forth the request. He responded saying that funds are not available for road construction and shall be taken up after counselling scheduled this 27th dec 2019 but we see parallel roads are being laid. When checked they say our road is connecting road and many other reasons for not laying. Hoping for the roads to be laid post election atleast. Can you please look into and address the same on priority

spreading dengue/malaria
Dear Sir,
I am chandan kumar, resident of House no 1/7 p block mangolpuri delhi 83, There are many chances of spreading dengue/malaria in front of my house because a construction work is going on for barat ghar in front of my house and a tunnel was dug by worker which is now full of water due to rain.So please send your workers with spray(medicine) to our area so that chances of dengue and malaria can be minimized. Hoping for favourable action from your side.

the property he had purchased on the ground floor, the roof of that property is totally damaged, and due to that there is a fear of collapsing of first and second floor also. as well as the floor of the purchased property by Dayaram is totally deteriorated.
He is now digging the floor to renovate it. He is also not repairing his roof intentially, due to that we have fear of collapsing of our 1st and 2nd floor.
I had sent serveral reminders and notices of Dayaram but he is refusing to repair his roof.
Kindly take stringent action against Dayaram (Mobile No,[protected] otherwise the building may get collapsed due to his renovating floors etc.

Dear Dayaram
I have come to notice that you have bought one no. room property on the ground floor in the building address 3 – A, Nehru Kutia, Malka Ganj, Delhi – 110 007. Which (said property) you will suppose to use for commercial purposes as Godown.
This is to bring to your notice :-
1. That the undersigned is the owner of 1st Floor of this residential building.
2. That this is confirmed by you that the roof of your room has been destroyed by pesticides / termites (Deemak) and there are a lot of cracks in your roof.
3. At the time of purchasing the said property on the ground floor you have not noticed all these things i.e. cracking of your roof, destroyed by termites etc.
4. It is also noticed that flooring of your Godown has also been deteriorated and there are a very long and deep holes in the flooring of your property.
5. It is noticed that now you are renovating and reconstructing flooring and other damages of your property.
6. Note that in process of renovating and digging the floor of your Godown there may be chances that the 1st & 2nd Floor of the building may get collapsed. In any case, in process of your renovating and digging the floor any damage or sign of damage to first and second floor or cracks in my flooring of 1st and 2nd floor or any damage to life and asset will be your sole responsibility of you, as now you are sole owner of ground floor property.
7. In view of the above, you are hereby advised that you must change your roof which has been totally destroyed very carefully, so that there may not be damage to 1st & 2nd Floor of the building.
8. All type of digging of flooring must be done very carefully, so that the building may not be collapsed.
9. It is also bring to your notice that in case of showing negligence in repairing your damaged roof (as you are now lawful owner of your property) and due to that damaged roof if 1st Floor will be damaged, so this is your whole responsibility to take care of that, because of your damaged roof, there should not be any damage to 1st floor.

10. In the event any damage to 1st and 2nd floor in process of your renovating the building and showing negligence in repairing your damaged roof will be your whole responsibility and it will be your responsibility to reconstruct/pay the whole amount of reconstruction to the owner of 1st and 2nd Floor of the building 3-A, Nehru Kutia, Malka Ganj, Delhi – 110 007.
11. Note any loss of asset and life of 1st Floor, will be your responsibility if your roof will be collapsed (which is damaged as confirmed by you).
12. Note that I had bought 1st & 2nd Floor of the building and you bought ground floor so in any event any process of renovating reconstruction by the owner of ground floor which will cause of damage to 1st and 2nd floor of the building will be sole responsibility of ground floor owner.

This is to inform you that there c-135,vishwas park, near taar factory, uttam nagar, new delhi 110059.
There are already 6 floors in this building area and without any parking area.
sir/Madam some builders are constructing another two floor on the roof area in this building and were
without taken any NOC from the residence house holders which are already residing in this building address
for last 3 years.
So,How could it possible that the builders constructing another two illegal floors on the roof area and without
taking any permission or NOC from the residence house holdersin this building. which is totally illegal and unfair
matter by the builders.
So, kindly please take some necessary action against the builder and to their illegal works. I shall be very thankful
to you. The pictures of this floor are enclosed....

Illegal additional interest for delayed payments from bank
Dear Sir,
Please find below the details;
Agreement Value: . 20,09,100/-
Loan Amount Sanctioned: 17,00,000/-
Own contribution Amount: 3,09,100/-
(Booking amount given of Rs. 1,00,000/- on 11/01/2011, Second installment given on 23/02/2010 for Rs. 2,01,365/-, third installment of Rs. 7735/-on 17/04/2010)
Initially I applied to Bank of Maharastra for Home loan and after seeing my documents they agreed for the home loan but they were asking me to do first agreement and then they will sanction my loan amount (letter from bank of Maharastra regarding the same has been submitted with the builder), but they were not ready for the agreement without sanction letter. They suggested me to do a loan from HDFC bank as the project is sanctioned/approved by HDFC Bank and your loan will be sanctioned immediately, so I applied for the home loan from HDFC bank, which they sanctioned my home loan for amount of Rs. 17,00,000/- on 24/03/2010.
In the meantime, agreement was done on 11/03/2010 after repeated requests.
There was no any demand from the builder, so I requested to give the demand letter and I received it on 14/04/2010, due amount was 3,31,501.50/-. It was mentioned on the demand letter that the Cheque should be in favor of ***** ***** Construction. I submitted the demand letter to HDFC bank immediately; they told me that I have to pay Rs. 7,735/- to builder as my part of payment. Which I paid by Cash approximately on 17/04/2010 and receipt of the same given to the bank, but the due amount by HDFC bank has been kept on hold and the reason told by bank to me was that the project is not yet cleared/approved due to some technical reason and until this issue gets resolved they will not disburse any amount. I have communicated the same to the Builder.
In this regard, I was continuously following the builder and asking about the status of the project. During this period i.e. from 15/04/2010 till the project gets approved I was calling the builder on regular basis to know the status of the project so that the HDFC bank can disburse the due amount on time.
On further enquiry with the HDFC bank, they told me that they have asked the builder to open an account on the name of “M/s ***** ***** JV. The account on the said name was opened in Andhra Bank, Camp Branch near about on 17/06/2010 and the same was informed to the HDFC bank and finally the above mentioned scheme was approved/cleared by HDFC Bank on 22/06/2010.
On the same day I requested to the builder to issue the new demand letter, which I collected on 23/06/2010 where it was mentioned on the demand letter that the Cheque should be in favor of M/s ***** ****** JV, Andhra Bank(In previous demand letter it was in favor of ***** ***** Construction).
In this demand letter, i.e. dated 23/06/2010 where there was an additional interest of Rs. 35,456.18, by seeing this interest, I immediately asked for the clarification of this additional interest to the builder told me that they will see my file and will reply to me which they does not replied, even they were not attending my calls. So I personally visited the builder’s office and meet the concerned person. on July 26/06/2010 and I discussed the whole case with him and he assured me that he will look into this matter and will discuss with the directors and will reply to me as soon as possible and also asked me to submit the demand letter to HDFC bank by deducting the interest amount i.e. Rs. 35,456.18/- So I requested HDFC bank to disburse an amount of Rs. 7,15,541/-. The HDFC bank disbursed this amount in favor of “***** ****** JV, Andhra Bank, on 08/07/2010.
After this, I was continuously taking follow up regarding the clarification of additional interest with the concerned person through telephone and every time he was just assuring me that he will look into this matter.
Again on 16/09/2010, I requested the builder to give me the new demand letter, which they gave it to me on 17/09/2010 and the amount was 3,91,774/- plus there was an additional interest of Rs. 53,934.07/-. HDFC Bank issued Rs. 3,91,774/- in favor of “***** ****** JV, Andhra Bank, which I submitted with the builder on 27/09/2010.
I also meet the concerned person again on 27/09/2010 for clarification on additional interest. Again, he assured me that he will look into this matter and will resolve this issue as soon as possible. I was following with him on regular basis through telephone. Finally on 29/10/2010, he told me that there is an outstanding additional interest of Rs. 75,000/- which I have to pay to the builder, but he is ready to waive me off of Rs. 25,000/- and I have to pay only Rs. 50,000/-
Again I requested him to give me clarification that how this interest is calculated as there was no delay from my side and the bank has delayed the payment due to there was an delay in project approval.
The same is communicated to the builder through emails. But he is not responding to my mails. Now the interest is more than 1, 00,000/-.
I am requesting them to give me the clarification since June 2010, till date they have not given me any valid clarification regarding why they are charging me the additional interest rate. I have all the documents with me and emails which I sent to the builder on regular basis. I understood why builder is charging me additional interest when everything is crystal clear. We are in mental pain due to this issue since we booked the flat.
I talked with HDFC Bank and they told me that the concern project is approved on 22/06/2010 and they are also saying that on which basis the builder is charging late payment interest and you can take strict action against the builder.
Kindly give us advice on what is the remedy as to the possession and additional illegal interest they have charged. Kindly guide us on how to proceed with this and how much we can request for compensation for our mental agony. (As the builder is not responding to our mails and this is happening since June 2010).

There is illegal construction going on the third floor of D-229. As per the regulations the construction over the third floor is not allowed in Defence Colony, New Delhi but the owner of the above mentioned place is getting the construction done. The construction is illegal and therefore violating the rules and regulations of MCD of Delhi. the construction is creating a problems to the neighbors therefore you are requested to take a immediate action.

Challenges to residents -
These flats are as old as 25 years and cannot afford another floor.
The top floors are then sold / rented to new residents causing space congestion and conflicts.
Top floor resident assumes his / her ownership on the space without any authorization.
People cannot use top floors for drying clothes in absence of any other space in the locality.
The water tanks are removed or damaged causing further conflicts and RISK of contamination (both intentional / unintentional).
The other floor owners have to bear the burden of this entire chaos when the construction is on.
Is there anyone who cares???
How do these constructions slip through the local authorities. Are they involved. DDA officer onsite, MCD officer on site, Police officers on site???

V. That whenever we raised our voice, they are misbehaving with us and even not trying to listen us, they do not understand our problem.

sir ,this is to bring to your notice that the road connecting greater noida and ghaziabad is severely damaged with pits and ditches all around. Thousands of people daily have to cross that road with so much of difficulty. Work efficiency is highly decreased after such a tiring journey. Turnmoil in stomach is difficult to cope with. Each day is a disaster.
This is really a serious problem.People are suffering very much due to this road condition.

This company builder has fooled up many consumers in Mumbai. Now they are in Pune and expanding their business throughtout Pune. They take payments from consumers in the verge of selling their flats which are already sold out to other consumers also. They have also fooled out many land lords in Pune. we believe this is “ALLA LAND”
Sir , one big cheating team (more than 10 gentle man and lot of brokers) threatening and blackmail the people and day to day getting million of money by the name of shiek H.H.Shiekh issa bin zayed Al Nahyan and enjoying their life and same time innocent people are spoil their life.
One of my brother getting jail because of the cheating team. Team called my brother and we are working with sheikh.H.H .SHIEK ISSA BIN ZAYED AL NAHYAN team with some identification we are the authorized people of abu dhabi sheikh construction development project. Some reference we are ready to give one Dubai (AL Shiek zayed road) tower costs dh 84 million project it was allotted sheikh relative company AL Rayan contracting LLC, P.O.Box.No:72266.sharjah. So we are planning to give you (Al Tawasul Building contracting LLC,Ajman) but condition is we need DHS 18 million commission before signing contract agreement. Don’t tell to any body this is for some key people. Once you started you will get lot of project. Then they prepared false contract agreement and signed some unknown person and their demand they need cheque against DHS 18 million with consecutive month. Your project will be start we will pay your name that time we will take money from your account.
Afeter 10 day’s we received one letter from them, your project has been cancelled because of shiekh. We ask the 18 million cheque but they refused and stared to blackmail us. My boss shiekh is asking big amount money and all team people started keep on asking money and they put some case against my brother, one time they failed. Second time change my phone number and without our knowdge brother got jail. Still we don’t know who is the person?. We never saw him. Again and again they asking money. If you give some million we will agree to cancel your jail punishment. Otherwise we are put case against you every month. This cheating team spoils my brother life and lot of people life. This teams link with lot of brokers all of them Arabic speaker.
Kindly take immediate action against this type cheating team and save innocent people life.

Sir,I want to draw your kind attention towards the maintenance of Gali no.6, Govind Puri Extention, Kalkaji, New Delhi. The work of carpeting has been done partially from the month of December''08 to June'09, a small portion of gali is yet to be completed. The contractor has not completed the work and left the portion for water lodging.
W are facing much difficulties due to this. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

I am Gagan Singla, resident of Sukhram Nagar, Ludhiana. I am writing this letter to drag you to the condition of this area.
In our street, the project of reconstruction was started in December, 2009 and was completed on 17.05.2010 i.e on last Monday. It was completed in intervals, firstly it was done for 2month and then there was a gap of 2 months and then in May it was again started. People faced many problems because of incomplete work there was deep holes in our street. Last week 5-7 people of our street went to councilor to ask him to restart the work. On the next the work started but for one day only. Then on last Sunday work started and completed on last Monday. The materials which were used in the construction are still laying in front our house since the construction start. Now that work is over but nobody come to claim that material. I had told the workers many times to use that material but nobody listened to us. Then one of them told that after some time they put the material in the truck but no truck came. There are large number of broken bricks and sand lying in front our house. As you know that there is season of wind and when air flow sand get inserted in the eyes of people which could harm them and cause large accidents to happen.
So I hereby, request you to please listen to our problem and do something soon to solve the problem.

Construction — Stream Water
Hello Sir/Madam,I am a citizen of Pune.Living at Narhe.
This is to inform you that, last Saturday we had a heavy rainfall in Pune.Due to this heavy rain, all stream water was inside our society.The measurement was about 4 to 5 feet. This was due to the stream was choked by some of builders for new construction.We have not completed a year over there and we have to face such kind of problems,even after all needed documents are cleared. I really now believing that there is no necessity to follow the rules and regulation as those people are only facing in problems and others are seeing the free cost show.

Dear Sir, I am Kamalesh son-in-law of Mr. P. Badrinath Chary who is professionally pujari and they are financially weak. I have a co-brother his name is Mr. Murali. My father-in-law Mr. Badrinath Chary had booked a plot on my co-brothers name Mr. Murali in Mansani Constructions Pvt Ltd, Karman Ghat X Roads, Hyderabad. They have a site in Laxmi Nagar, Hayath Nagar, Hyderabad for Rs. 3.80.000 with construction of building in 100 yards and they have registered the same on Mr. Murali's name and they have given the xerox copies of the plot. On 15/09/2004 We agreed and paid Rs. 3, 50, 000/- in installment basis and we have all the receipts pertaining for the same and he promised us that they will complete the site within one and half years time ie 15/03/2006 but still now they have not handed over the site and we approached them 100 times and they say us the property is in litigation and we cannot do anything. Even we had requested them to allot a new site for which they have initially agreed and then they have changed again saying that it takes time.
Please do the needful.

i am Mansani Construction customer, i have able to fulfill my dream of having my own house and i got a beautiful house in sr nagar with the help of them. But i don't know why all those negative comments by the people saying that it is fraud, cheater. I am a fully satisfied customer ended up with a beautiful house which took very less time than i expected.I enquired many people before approaching mansani construction, they all gave a positive feedback and they are also the happy customers of that company...I think these negative comments are the cheap tricks of its competitor companies to destroy the fame of it... i think these reviews won't effect the company name bcz the good name that it has achieved among the people keep growing it... But feeling very sad that inorder to increase thier business these competitor companies thrashing a company with good name and fame with negative reviews...I am writing this as i was frustrated seeing a good company facing the threat of negativity, which helped me fulfilling my dream of a own house... PEOPLE ONLY COME TO U IF YOUR QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD DON"T SPOIL THE GOOD WILL OF A COMPANY BY PLAYING THESE CHEAP TRICKS OF POSTING NEGATIVE COMMENTS...

I am resident of G-4/17 Malviya Nagar New Delhi-110017.
Here illegal construction has taken place and when we try to stop it, landlord has given me threaten that either just shut your mouth otherwise i can do anything with you.
Its a request kindly stop it asap.
As it stop all the way to road as well.
