However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Hello,
I have been facing a certain problem for the past few years, and would like your opinion on what is the best way forward.
We stay in a society flat in New Delhi (Cooperative Group Housing Society).
The ceiling of our bathroom has been affected by seepage for the past 3 years.
We have written numerous letters to the Society stating this problem, and asking them what can be done in this regard.br...

Maintenance charge

Hi
I have rented a flat in a cooperative group housing society. The tenancy agreement written between tenant and owner says that rent and maintenance charge both are included in the rent amount itself.
Now flat owner is not paying the maintenance to the society. Now management committee is forcing me to pay the maintenaince charge as you are getting the service suchas gaurd, plumber, electrician etc ...
Can you suggest...
