I am booked tour to Goa worth Rs50000 ( Pay him advanced), But after so many phone call, reminder no one responded . Its fraud company ....

Had taken a membership in 2019 of one lakh. Since the membership not been able to connect with anyone. Neither getting any response on mail. Have not been getting any services....

The incident took place on 30 Nov 2019 when there was an exhibition held in the city. Two person Deepak and abhijeet were representing the company. They sold me 3 gift vouchers worth Rs. 35000 for stay in hotels while domestic travel in India. They have also given me there contact no. But when I mailed the company at the given email there was no response and when I contacted the above mentioned sales people they said that they left the company....

i bought membership of Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites worth 1.65 lakh and due to some pesonal issue we are not able to reponse after purchase and now they are not picking up the call and no call back has been made i need to cancel my membership.

Below is the mail we have received from them after buying membership.
Now all the contact nos, email ids are not available. They took money and gone. . . We have other documents also that were given to us like contract paper and other. . . but of no use. . Is there any way we can take legal action

I had bought a ten year holiday package wirth 1, 25, 000 in Nov 18. However, right from first day, the company's attitude is not good. The hotels provided were not the same as informed during taking the plan.
Further, there is no correspondence from the company since last one year.

I have visited some promotional campaign of countryard imperial inn & suites. They explained me about the 5year package for 4 adults. Asked for the payment of rs 3000 approx per month for 2 years and then they charged me with rs 70000/- without my consent. I asked for the reason of charging 70000. We attended their session listening to their lousy lecture
But to my surprise they ran away without informing us that we are leaving
From their i understood that they are fraud.

I purchased 10 year holiday package in which they offered me additional 1 international trip of 6n/7d with complimentary breakfast, airport pick & drop, 3 one-way air ticket, local sightseeing, etc.

But now at the time of availing this trip they first refused to consider this and none of their customer care executive responded for 15 days. Then i came to know the number of some senior but they started negotiating to bear the...

1) the company has no ethics.
2) there is complete lack of transparency in their services offered and dealings with members.
3) what is promised on promotion is different once membership has been paid for.
4) fraudulent representation of claims vs facts.
5) there has been no possibility to solve issues due to total disregard by directors / owners.
6) one has no information on them, contact numbers etc.br...

We got a call and were invited to a hotel to discuss the offer they were providing.
They told us about the 5 years membership that would cost around 71000.
Me and my wife were confused and we were not sure if we want to take this or not.

Their representative who attended us (Name - kash) told us that they can hold the offer for us and we need to pay a refundable amount of 15000 rs.

We purchased a 10 years package from counrtyard imperial inn & suites by paying 1, 25, 000/- on 2nd december 2018. But due to some unavoidable circumstances we don't want to continue the package. As per the option given by their executives that if we don't want to continue they will refund 1, 10, 000/- after deduction of their administrative charges (15, 000/-).
