I took their so called suit in Nov 2019, thereafter they have not provided me anu documents. Whenever I call for my contract documents they said it is in process.
Mr Rishu Rajuput ([protected])and Ms. Bushra([protected]) gave me that policy and now they both saying that they left the company and no employee is working there.
I want refund my full amount i.e 95k..

We have bought a holiday package of worth inr 135000 in feb 2019. Since very first day company is not attentive to our requests. They have given lot of verbal commitment on the day when we have paid 135000. Also they told that you will pay by credit card this amount, after that you will pay whole amount in 24 month without any interest and also we will offer singapore trip with free air tickets. But after receiving payments nobody is attending...

They called us at one place on 24th nov 2018. Charged us 1.25 lacs for membership of 10 years along with some freebies. They assured of receipt of contract/agreement in 45 days. Did not send any agreement as agreed even after 76 days.

Now not even responding to my calls nor mails. Have been communicating on mail since jan for refund as did not receive any revert. Have written to there customer care many times.in one of the...
