I didn't receive my phone back case.. I paid it with using credit card.. After two weeks also there is no responde of them.i try to contact them but that time also there is no respond. And they didn't gave any message about that. So I made a complaint on them to give me the case. Are refund me the amount. Which I paid for the phone case. Thanking you...

I have ordered back cover but i haven't get it. It is fraud site i literally haven't got my money back. So pls if anyone can help me. Its request!.. They even didn't show ant kind of tracking status...
Coversmate is the name of that site..
Now i'm trying to open that site so it is not opening..
It is showing reload the page or not supporting.....

I placed my order on 2 nov for realme 5 pro cover and my payment was successful. Untill now i haven't received the order. It stated that the order will be delivered within 10 days and i still haven't got it. Coversmate is a fake sight as their email address and their phone numbers don't even exist now all of a sudden.
They can't be located anywhere now.

I had ordered a phone case from coversmate.in on november 2, since then when i track my order it was showing processing. The payment was already done and whenever i try to contact i couldn't make it as the given contact numbers were fake. Many of my friends also had same experience with this website and this website is still giving attractive offers to attract customers. Kindly please take any actions....

I buy a phone case from coversmate at it was all online money payment procedure. I follow up all the procedure of payment. I ordered it on 3rd nov n my delivery date was of 1week... It's almost more than a week i didn't get my delivery. Even tho i was trying to contact but can't be able to contact as its all fake. Whenever i keep tracking my orders it shows processing.
