Not bothered to repair the sewer pipe

A complain was submitted about a month ago regarding overflow of sewage as a sewer pipe was broken by the workers who were deputed for the renovation work in the block. someone from CPWD came and said the pipe will be replaced and got the area dug by labourer .since then all the faceal material and sewage from washrooms and kitchens of all the houses on that side is flowing out. Sir,I have already written to CPWD official with two reminder and this is my third letter to you.But it is very shockfull that CPWD all official are very lazy to reply on mail so why they having Govt email ID and why it is mentioned on cpwd 's official website if they are not taking interest to reply the complaint mails.For your refrences I herewith attach my complaint letter below.

have not bothered to clear the bathroom severage pipe ,even after three days.
I had lodged a complaint, for blocked severage of our bathroom at h. no; A-156, Motibagh-1, New Delhi -21.three days ago, but till date no one has bothered to attend to the conmplaint, . I pay around rs 6000, per month as rent, but the service of the CPWD is very poor, &nill.
