I am book a product (mobile phone : Realme Narzo 10 (128 GB & 4 GB RAM White) on 25 Jul 2020 and paying amounting to Rs.11039.08. But my product not received till date (17 Apr 2021) and No refund my amount, no any information given of my product by Crazideal....

Sir item is ordered online from crazideal.com with amt 11999.00 paid through mobile app icici bank. item still not delivered.. web site and toll free no are not working now....

I hav recieved a mail stating ur order is ready for shipping n in chat with customer care that order will be delivered by 3rd august but none out of them turned out to be true as i didn't recieve my order yet. I ordered a mobile narzo 10a the website is not working and their consumer care also not working please make refund amount of 8999. Please fir concerned person look into it. Their contact no [protected]...

I ordered for mobile by paying through phone pay amounting to 7499.
I recieved mail for order ready to shipping amd after that order is shipped but i haven't recieved it till today.
I am so much tired.
I saved money from my savings.
This website is fraud and is not working now.
There is no tracking option available.
I lost my money.

I have ordered mobile phone on 29th July at Crazideal.com. still not received the parcel. I am trying to contact them but unable to connect. website is also not working and mails also not going. they have mentioned mail ID on his website "query.[protected]@gmail.com". i sent mail but its showing mail ID is wrong.
