with regard to the above said we paid full amount by calling customer care for which we used to purchase
house holds. And again they told to pay some 361-00 as due and we have paid that also by cheque for Rs. 400-00 for this amount we cleared every thing. Now they are again sending messages there is still due to pay. and still we have not received any statement from your side. so. kindly look into this matter at the earliest and please send us the statement to enable us to clear the due. please send your statement to this email address at the earliest.

    The bill sent by you against card number [protected](reference no [protected])is highly inflatted bill because interest charged in the bill is not legitimate.How can on a due payment of around 800 rupees till date 500 rupees can be charged as interest?First of all Barclays did not send the bill in time.Further the bill has been sent in this week only by you.That too the interest charged in the bill received on 23/9/08 is high and not correct.The grace period is to be taken into account and only for one and halfmonths interest is to be charged which comes out to around two hundred only.
    Therefore the bill correction to be done at your end and because of this highly wrong bill I am not interested in your credit card and please disable the card.
    Please also i9nform me your jurisiction as per consumer court point of view.
    please reply to me urgently in return e-mail.
    I have already spoken to your executive in telephone NO[protected] on 23rd evenning and he assured me to reduce the bill by correction.
    PLEASE TREAT THE MATTER AS IMMEDIATE.

    I too was offered this offer. You mush have received a call from some agent of Barclay, They would confuse you by sayinng it is free. While explaining all information they will silently put in this clause that it has one time payment of 5000/- and then you can enjoy this vacation. they will meanwhile be recording all that you have been rounded off to say.

    Barclay is the worst bank I have ever come across. No amount of words can be enough to tell its trecherous acts of fraud. it is also running a racket of trapping customers with false gifts, there are two Mr. Umag Shah and Mr. Chirag who approached me with an offer to give Wrist Watch from Barclays in case I take this card. I was not alone. There are 250/- such cases I know. And no one got watch. Barclays says no such offer exists. And then, they don't even consider it important to investigate and they know everything about it. I would recommend RBI to send this bank packing to where it belongs.

    I do believe it is principal supplier of capital to terrorist organisation. And so does it is staying in such competitive market. Otherwise it would have been shut long back.

    Barclaycard — Wrong Billing

    I am holding a credit card which is Barclaycard from Barclays Bank. One fine day I got a call from somebody on behalf of Barclay bank. He quoted me as i am their Privileged customer and explained about some scheme for 10 mins which is linked with the bank. Finally he asked my willingness to become member.

    I asked him to send some brochure / pamphlet about the scheme as i was not able to understand the features of the scheme. I wanted to know whether the scheme is worthy / useful for me or not. That is why i have asked him to send me the details of the scheme. He didn't send any information about it.

    But my next month bill includes the charges for the scheme plus service tax.

    The scheme is: Le Membership
    The Charge is for: Le Membership Fee
    Amount: Rs.5000/-
    Service Tax: About 13%

    My credit limit is only Rs.24000/-. I have got the card just because of my emergency purpose. I am not such a person to become so and so membership for enjoyment.

    The Bank swiped my card without my authorization and sent me a wrong statement. Immediately after getting the bill, i have contacted the customer care and asked them to remove the amount. They didn't do. But still I have not paid the amount.
    I will never pay and i will never use the card hereafter.

    I am getting call from the bank daily to make the payment for he outstanding. They are irritating me by making calls daily atleast 3-4 times.

    Now I am thinking how to take legal action against the bank.

    I have Barclay Credit card Sattelment Letter That is September 2008, my sattelment is Rs 9000/-
    and pay this amount via breakeup ( Cash 4700 at a time and i give the two cheack one of 2000/- and one 2300/- but after 4 month they are send me a credit card statement that is shown my overdue rs 10000/- somthing i have already mailed from his secvice center, but anyone no satisfy reply

    barclays card — excess and wrong billing

    I have a credit card of Barclaycard co. no. xxxxxxxxxxxx3227

    The Credit card bill bill of Barclayscard-Timescard for March 2010 posted by them on 9/3/2010 was delivered on 6/4/2010 after around 26 or 27 days.

    I did not receive the bill by e-mail also.

    Also for APRIL 2010 I received SMS that the amount due was Rs.2076/23. 2010.

    They have charged a late payment fee of Rs. 600/- servicetax of Rs. 61/80. Also finance charges of Rs. 60/92 and service tax of Rs. 67/19.

    A bill of Rs.1657/64 was inflated by Rs.949/59 under different heads. The bill for March 2010 was not received at all before the due date.

    Earlier they had in January, 2010 billed twice Rs. 531/- for a single and same transaction in Big Bazar. They also put on me the onus of proving that the transaction was done only once.

    I had to go to Big Bazar to get proof that the amount was credited to Axis Bank only once. Axis bank gave the certificate in 1 day. In fact they should pay me service charges. This billing seems to bedeliberate as no electronic transaction takes place automatically and signature was given only once for the slip and also Axis Bank has confirmed the transaction as once only.

    They have fooled me around further by charging Rs. 100/- twice with service tax as charge slip retrieval.(whereas I had to run about).

    Such a thing never happened in my other credit cards.

      I, Hemant Bagri applied for Credit Card last year (2007) and my card has been approved but till date I have not yet received my card I have informed several times but every time I have not get any proper information about my card.
      I have received letter from your departement several times last I received letter on 01.09.2008 date was mentioned in the letter was 16.08.2008 in that particular letter amounting of Rs. 9576.19/- is mentioning that I have to pay the above mentioned amount, Sir i am requesting you to kindly do the needful in my case i have not received my card please deliveried it on below mentione address or cancelled it. I am very upset about your services & please do the best .(service request request no-SR78059619 DATED : 01.09.2008)

        dear sir, jab sey maney app ka c/card use kar raha huo. mae due payment 19 to 22 key beach mae jama karwata raha ho. jab card ka form bhara tha tab bhi yahi kaha gaya tha ki app ki payment jama karney ki date 19 to 22 hogi.usi anusar jo c/card par aj tak due date bhi ati rahi hai.aur money bhi jama hoti rahi hai lakin aj tak aise koei bat nahi huei.maine usi date anusar 19.7.08 ko bank gaya lakin late ho janey ki wajha sey payment jama nahi ho saka aur us din satur day tha to maney cheque monday 21.07.08 date ka cheque diposite box maey dal diya tha.lakinkal jab c/card statement mila to us maine late fee lagi houi thi. jab card diya gaya tha tab yeh bhi kaha gaya tha ki 40 days ka credit diya jayega yeh to us niyam ka bhi ulanghan hai ab ap hi bataye ki kya maine yeh late fee jama karwa kar app ka credit card, debit card account, current account jo ki ap kai bank maie chal rahey hai band karwa kisi aur bank main accont khulwa lo yeh main ap par chorta ho .is bar bhi due dete17 aug 08 hai aur 17 aug ko sundey hai. us sey pahley 15aug &16aug ko chuti hai . kya app ka account dep detail bhejtey samey yeh sab chejai nahi dekhta ki credit days 40 kab hongey aur jo date di hai us din chuti to nahi hai.aur is sey account holder ko koi dikat to nahi hogi.agar ap ney is mail ka jawab nahi diya to late fee to maine jama karwa dunga aur acconts (saving & current) close karney sey pahley R.B.I lekhpal aur media maine pahreydar par bhi app ki complaint karuga . umied hai app is mail ka possetive reply daingey aur jo late fee maine jama karw raha ho usey agey marey accont maine adjust kareygey.aur mail ka reply jarrur daingey. thanks. h.s.narula (my cust ID:2855552 & my c/ card no is[protected] )

          Ref card No.: [protected] in favour of SUSHIL KUMAR JAIN.

          Reg. : Cheque No. 44694 Dt. 11.07.08 of Rs. 745/- of CITY CO OP BANK LTD. drawn in favour of ICICI card angst. Payment due date on 16.07.08 was Dropped at drop box but same is not credited.

          With reference to above mentioned subject I am very much surprised to note that I have received a call on 08.08.08 from your office that I have an unpaid out standing in of Rs. 1267.07, but after verification from your office I came to know that my last Cheque No. 44694 Dt. 11.07.08 of Rs. 745/- of CITY CO OP BANK LTD. drawn in favour of ICICI card angst. Payment due date on 16.07.08 Dropped at drop box is not credited. But after this this I immediately contacted you office for next step, they advised to deposit new cheque for Rs. 793/- ( Last bill amt. Rs. 745/- plus this statement bill amt. Rs. 48/-) which I have immediately deposited on 09.08.08 through Cheque No. 44696 Dt. 09.08.08 of Rs. 793/- of CITY CO OP BANK LTD. drawn in favour of ICICI card angst. Payment due, before receiving the statement of current month. Now as a committed customer I have deposited new Cheque for all actual expended due amount of Rs. 793/-and same will be cleared within due time.

          Now my main contention is that I should not be charged any late payment as well as any penalty and other charges for this small mistake either by drop box collection people or any one else beyond my control.

          So now I request through this letter that in my next statement I should not be charged any charges for this mistake and if charged should be reversed in any next statement prepared. You can also verify from your record that I am also paying regularly in past at all occasions without any default.

          Please accept my this small request this time.

            Dear Sir,

            My card NO [protected]


            This is to inform u that the foreign banks that operate in India are behaving very badly with the customers.

            On 28th may some one called me from MANHATTAN and offered me a promotional offer on TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE. I have refused to take the offer. But in my statement I have seen they have charged me Rs.8889.00. I had a talk customer care who misbehaved said we will not reverse the charge since you have confirmed over telephone when they called for the offer which is very much lie. They again said you need to talk to TATA AIG people but couldn’t provide there no.

            My question is how can a insurance contract can be enforced without the customer’s signature? Isn’t this the violation of Indian Contract Act .

            Secondly I have paid the premium but received a insurance contract without any stamp on it.

            My question is who is fraud manhattan or tata aig and how and why manhattan gave my contact to tata aig. Why should I suffer this loss.

            Pls do the needful at earliest to recover my money.

              I have paid all my dues, want to remove my name from Satyam defaulter list.pls guide

              1) This is possible only when you have paid the entire amount displayed as due by the bank on the card statement. All settlement cases are viewed as defaults and the bank never withdraws the name of the person till the balance payment has been made to the bank. If you have paid all the money that is owed on your card (and not a settlement figure quoted by the collections team), you are eligible to request for a removal of name

              2) Assuming that you made full payment, call up the customer care of the bank and request for two things: 1) no dues letter within 7 working days 2) a zero balance statement. Take down the request number to follow up. these two documents are very essential if you want to apply for another card or any loan in the future and it stands proof that you have cleared all your dues with the bank. Please keep these documents safe

              3) Call again to customer care and ask them to do two things: 1) update CIBIL so that it does not show you to be a defaulter 2) send an email to Satyam database to take your name off the defaulter list. Satyam Credit Services maintains the list for the Indian Cooperation committee where Mastercard and couple of other banks came together to start a list service (before CIBIL was born) and put the name of all defaulters on it so that other banks do not lend to them. Only the bank that put your name on the list, can get it removed. There is no known address of Satyam list so you have to take the bank's word that it is removed. Insist that a letter be sent to you stating that the bank is taking steps to have your name removed from the Satyam list ASAP and this letter will do when you apply for credit again

              4) If the letters do not come, write to the grievance redressal head of the bank. All banks as per RBI regulation need to have internal grievance redressal cell and you can get their email address and phone number from the bank's website or from the customer service on phone.

              5) If even the grievance redressal people fail you, file a complaint with the banking ombudsman of RBI who will solve the problem for you. Different regions have different people - check the link below:

              Usually, the bank takes your name off and gives you a no dues letter without creating problems when you pay them off in full. This is my personal experience with Stanchart and ABN.

              First of all I would like thanks for your service.

              The above mentioned card I am using from Jul-2007 onwards, and still now I am regularly paying my dues. Due to some personal reason I couldn't able to make the payments on time from the month August 2009. But same has been paid in the month of Sep 2009. In the mean time One of your collection executive (Mr. Jegan) went to my native place(Vellore) & he informed to my father, your son is using credit card he is not paying money regularly, so ask him to pay the money otherwise the action will be very severe. Because of this one reason, relationship with my father is spoiled and he shouted and don't want me to come his home. Eventhough they know very well I was not available in that home that time, because my communication I had given in your records is Chennai address.
              So immediately I pledge my wife jewel I paid the Rs.3000/- in chennai Nungambakkam branch. After that also I had received an SMS, stating that your card is in over limit, to avoid updating your name in CIBIL to pay the minimum amount Rs.1975(Aprox), so I made the payment of Rs.2000/- in Vellore branch.
              After that I had received a call from your executive Ms.Jothy(Call from followed no:[protected], 66458500,[protected] on 7th Oct-2009, she immediately started shouting that what happen the amount you are suppose to pay the outstanding amount know, when you are going to pay? So I had replied to that madam Please give me some time because my daughter had admitted in hospital, surly I will pay the money, but she is not ready to listen. And she started saying that, if you are doing like this I will your wife & your native place contact no & disturb them. She did the same, within a few second she called my wife mobile no. she ask my wife, What madam(but actually she didn't use madam- shougted in local language)are you ashamed of your husband? like that, because of this reason my wife stop speaking to me. HDFC Credit Card is given So many changes in my life. But it is not stopped again on 08th Oct-2009 again the same executive called me & started shouting that today I am going to send some collection executive to your native place. I don't know what to do, I am helpless.
              Requesting you to help me for my card closure, please I am begging you to waiver off the charges & tell me the final settlement amount. Otherwise waiver off the charges in that I would like to go for EMI (with the genuine interest). Last six month onwards I am enquiring with your customer care regarding the EMI, please convert my outstanding amount into Loan, but I didn't get any revert, so sir we can't provide this offer to you. Whatever the money I purchased I paid more or less equal. Please help me to save my life & live with my family members. Please...Please...

                Sub: My credit card no [protected]

                On 10 th of July I had dropped a cheque for Rs.1100.00 vide cheque no 306326 of Standard Chartered Bank Chowringhee Branch at your office situated in Hindusthan Road, Gariahat .Kolkata in the drop box kept for credit Card payment.
                Till date the cheque has not been debited to my bank account, and I am receiving calls from your collection agents to clear the old outstanding.
                To day also I have deposited another cheque in the same office for billing cycle upto July 08 for Rs.1100.00

                Could you please look in to and confirm the status of receipt of the cheque or I have to pay again.
                In the event of repayment for the loss of the cheque, I request you not to levy late payment fees etc as this is not my fault as because I had paid in time .
                An early reply from you will be highly appreciated.

                  I have applied for Car Loan through SBI..but my application was returned due to information given by CBIL that Rs.6385 is written off by Some un disclosed Bank/Credit card issuer.I requested them to provide proper details which they do not have. I am regular paymaster to all my CC payment without any defaults. Pl adv any one that how to approach CBIL to know this details to correct my self if i am due to any bank.

                  As per RBI regulation, you can ask SBI to give you a copy of your CIBIL report if they are rejecting your card request based upon CIBIL report. This right is given to you by the Government and SBI cannot turn down your request. The CIBIL report will tell you which bank has written off this amount and you will come to know about this from the report. Writing to CIBIL will not get you any help because they are not yet bound by law to give you a copy of your credit report (very soon they shall be because RBI is working on this). If SBI does not give you a copy of your credit report, write to the grievance redressal head of SBI (you can get their details on SBI site itself). It is very much required that you find out the name of the bank who has put a write off statement against your name because no bank will give you credit till this is removed.

                  I use to own a HSBC credit card, I use to do regular credit card payment.
                  But One fine day HSBC stopped sending me the statement, despite og my so many request they never reacted properly, in NOv 2007 I told them I do not want to carry the card anymore Kindly send me the settlement amount as they have charged me unneccessarily intrest on it. I was told the amount which I am payable to bank is Rs, 10, 000/-, I was given the oprtion that 2500/- chq be issued fiest then balance which is 7500/p another chq payment, They never depoisted that chq, despite of my several reminders, to HSBC Noida, their call centre they never listened then one fine they called me and told that please do the stop payment of the chq, I told that kindly return my chq, because stop payment will be charged and in case they (HsBC) depoisted the chq and I dont have that much balance in my accont then chq would be dishonour and I will be ansewerable to the bank. They never returned the cheques THen in Oco 08 they told me to do the settlement I said fine Now I will give you one chq and I want the NO DUES Certificate also they said after the chq is credited in their account I will receive a o balance payment statement then they will issue me a No dues Certificate.
                  Now I got the NDC in Dec, but the problem is I applied for the car loan in SBI, they said that the CBIL report is negativ as they have wriitten the the legal fees is waived off.

                  Now I have no idea what to do, where to go, as its not my fault. The bank only gave me a amount and I agreed to pay that amount after paying also I am suffering.

                  Please help me out on this.

                  This is kailash and holder of icici credit card due to some reason i have to do stellement of my due
                  where as i have not use more than 10 thousand from my card and inthe last april i done setelment and for 17 thousand in 3 instalement in which i was notto able pay the last cheque and itwas bounce .but now again icici is foresing me to pay 16 thousnd where it is not afforable to me in the current conditions .s o reply what should i do in this conditions where i am telling the bank that i am ready to pay the amount 5000 which was balance .so pls relpy tome asap
                  I was holding AMEX corporate card. Card has been given to one of my team member to use during this foreign travel. We were not able make the outstanding amount on the card as he returned to india only after the due date. I have not received any statement from AMEX about outstanding. We have a process of claiming travel expenses and getting credit to employee account. It took min 3 weeks to credit to employees account. the total outstanding has been paid off in next due cycle. So, AMEX team has charged Late payment charges once for not paying on time & second time for not paying late payment charges. All these transaction has been done in 2007 June. Actually, the problem / delay has not happened because o[censored]s. Now i am requesting our HR to request for reversal of this amount. So, i am feeling this should have gone to CBIL. because of which i am not getting any credit cards / loans. Please advice us how to get confirmation on whether it's gone to CBIL or not? if yes, what's the way to get remove from CBIL history.

                  First of all kindly note that in every cases of SETTLEMENT ; in a prima facie, Banks use to incur a huge financial loss and thats what as per the guidelines they reserve the right to refer your card details to the negative database/regulators such as CIBIL which appears as " WRITTEN OFF ".

                  Secondly If at all you have gone for settlement, To avail this benifit too there is a particular fixed terms as mentioned below :

                  IN THE EVENT OF ANY INSTRUMENT ISSUED BY YOU TOWARDS THE DUES RETURNED BY YOUR BANKER UNPAID BY ANY REASON, THE OFFERED STRUCTURED PAYMENT OPTION WILL STAND NULL and VOID.

                  On this kind of event Bank will be entitled to demand/claim for the original amount as reflected in your credit card statement.For your information this kind of structured payment offer always have a base of special circumstances surrounding your card account and does not set any precedent.

                  So in order to give you a better advise, it is quite suggested to contact ICICI BANK for the better resolution.

                  I am using ICICI Amex card, and i was having some outstanding amount due to some reasons. Due to some reasons my name is added to CBIL. Now i have paid complete amount, can someone give some idea how my name cane be removed from the CBIL report.

                  I am resident of Hyderaad, having icici credit card since 2006, in the year 2008 september 27 i received a message to my phone stating that i made transaction with vodafone mumbai immideatly i made a call to ICICI customer care they told that there are 4 transaction with vodafore for Rs. 6, 000-00 and reported the complaint for the 4 transaction and immideatly blocked my card, they instruced for sending fax to mumbai office for taking necessary action on the transaction and when i receied my credit card statement i came to know that there are transaction at mumbai at ADLABS and VODAFONE for Rs. 28000-00 immideatly again i called care center reported the same, after that i made complaints through online also but I never received any action from them.. but they are adding the interest and send the statemens to me regurally.. i had made minmum balance 2 times, after that in the month of february 2009 on person form ICICI Bank, by name Raju, had came called me and ICICI bank going to settling you account for Rs. 18, 000/- so please pay 10, 000/- for that I asked the settlement letter for the same for that they told that settlement letter will be given to me after paying the 10, 000/- beling the GREAT ICICI Bank I made the payment of Rs.10, 000/- on[protected], after that I made so may calls tothat executive but he never responded my calls, once he responded and stated that concerned lady in the department was in leave and he will give it in one day.. after one day called him again and requested for the same again he never responded for my report, vexed with their attitude I apporched the Credit Control Branch at Nampali, Hyderabad they told to approach Bagumpet Branch when I went their they told that u will receive a call soon but no body is anot taking care of my problem.

                  but I am receiving calls from ICICI bank people stating that i need to pay monies to them actuall my out staning balance to ICICI Bank is only 10, 000+1200+560+500+ on insurance policy.


                  in this junsture I requesting ICICI people to settle my account for that also they are not responding in a proper way

                  I had taken a home loan from ICICI bank in Feb 2005 to purchase a flat in Bhubaneswar from a builder.The bank sanctioned 11.0lakhs of Rupees.But in 2006 I had gone through financial crises and unable to pay the pre EMI . So I had surrendered the flat to builder and builder made a agreement to cancel the possession letter, repay the outstanding amount to bank, and will resell the property.But unfurtunately the builder did not repay the money to bank.Instead he had been depositing EMI regularly till March 2009 and the same flat had sold at Rs.28.0Lakhs to a person.The total amount was refinanced by same ICICI bank withiut closing my existing loan.In April 2009 I have applied a personal loan in Axis Bank and they have refused to sanction a P.L. Because my name is entered in cibil.Earlier Axis Bank had given me Rs.1.25 Lakhs and Rs.0.55Lakh as top up.So I just cant under stand how it is possible. Please advice me.

                  I have applied for home Loan through Sundrama Finance ..but my application was returned due to information given by CBIL that is written off by Some un disclosed Bank/Credit card issuer.I requested them to provide proper details which they do not have.                   Please note i have closed some of my credit cards and personel loan 3 years back.
                  But still it shows some pending. I hereby request you to update.
                  I have come across lots of instances where, banks have reported credit card customer to cbil. And most of the customers were genuine. No one will pay, wrong charges. And this kind of reports must be verified, before innocent people are reported.
                  We have to remember only one thing that nobody is 100% right.
                  I have opened a OD facility account from ABN Amro bank, and I never use that account, at the time of opening that account it was told me that no charges will be there. Now I have applied for a personal loan with HDFC Bank and banker says that you have been listed at CIBIL for defalter case, and the application has been rejected.
                  Now HDFC bank is not able to provide the details and hence I am not able to do any thing. please suggest what should i do.

                  Dear Mr. Pandey,

                  First of all you should ask HDFC for the CONTROL no. of the said CIBIL report based on which your proposal was rejected.

                  After this you kindly mark a mail to [protected]@cibil.com along with the CONTROL no.You will be able to know about the default in clear within 2-3 working days.

                  Simultenously if at all this ( DEFAULT ) is due to the ABN AMRO BANK information...Better resolve it with ABN.

                  Kindly note that CIBIL is a organisation which has come into existence by the joint effort of the government of India and the RBI ; with the idea to gather all existing consumer and commercial credit information and pool it in a one-point source, for reference.


                  CIBIL acts as weeding mechanism that helps identify repayment track records of the customer. It helps protect lenders from giving credit to people and establishments who are unlikely to repay what is lent. Even if credit is provided, it is done so at a very high rate of interest, thereby ensuring that the bank is able to recover a considerable sum of money even if a default happens some time into the loan tenure.

                  On the other hand, on the availability of an impeccable repayment track record, one can reap benefits from it too.Banks provide a lower interest rate for sound credit profiles that have excellent credit scores.It also helps lenders and banks quickly process a loan, without wasting valuable time on research and background check on the loan applicant.

                  CIBIL provides only those information which are being shared by its members ( Presently banks, financial institutions, state financial corporations, non-banking financial companies, housing finance companies and credit card companies are members of CIBIL) about any customer on its report.

                  Please do note that if and when there are any grievances, the individual needs to resolve it with the concerned Bank or may write to the Customer Service Department of the concerned bank and after resolving the matter, the Bank informs CIBIL to take the necessary action.

                  CIBIL cannot modify any information in the database without the concerned member confirming the same.

                  Later on you should ask your Bank to send the updated data to CIBIL and subsequently CIBIL will upload the same onto its database. The changes will then get reflected on your Credit Report.

                  I feel the query is clearly clarified.

                  i use to use the icici credit card and i had the due amt of approximately Rs.40000. i was unable to pay the amt due to circumstances, finally i was being offered the settlement which i agreed to and completed the settlement at Rs.22000 in the month of october 2007. and unfortunately the bank did not updated the pymnt and as result today none of the bank are approving my credit card.
                  i also got in touch with the icici abank and resolved the issue and finallly they have zerovised my a/c
                  but still i am unable to get the Credit card from any bank. please help me and find me a way to get rid of this issue. more over the bank which i applied the credit card send me an E-mail stating due to the creteria & reports from CIBIL we are unable to process the application. while ICICI says they had not send the reports to CIBIL. So basically i am confused as to what to be done.
                  pls find me a way to get rid of this issue and pls do the need full as soon as possible.

                  I paid my EMI for ICICI personal loan due to some unfortunate curcumstances i was not able to pay the amnt since 5 months were s i am willing to do that but i dont have any idea were i can pay. previous what exactly happened I paid the amnt via my salarid a/c. I left the company so my salary a/c is no longer valid in this situation what can i do no. its not like i dont want to pay but i want to know how can i pay that amnt.                   There is no site to check the cbil .
                  You can order your Credit payment Report from CBIL. The URL is given here http://www.cibil.com/accesscredit.htm.
                  Please check your credit payment report to ensure that the information is correct if not then take the necessary corrective steps. It is important to keep your credit record clean. The best practice is get your report every year.
                  Pls help me out from this situation:

                  I am having SBI credit card which is having out dues of Rs. 32, 000/-. I am monthly due timely except sometimes together for 2 months, last month i had a due of 2 months and executive came to home for collection of money, i asked him about EMI and he said he can arrange for that but i have to pay him Rs. 2000. I agreed and he gave me a letter from SBI which stated to have pay the amount of Rs. 22, 000/- into 4 instalments and brought Rs. 2000/-. Even at the time of receiving letter, i used to talk to his senior and he was also said it is "OK". In the evening, i called the SBI Customer Care and asked about the letter, they said this is the settlement letter and my name will go to CIBIL. I have been great shocked because i asked again and again to that executive that i jst my outstanding amount into EMI rather to get it settlement. So one day another executive came and i told him everything he said to me to make the 3 months payment and he will try to get my letter cancelled. So i gave him a cheque of 3 months dues on before 2 weeks of the cheque date i.e. 15.10.09. He deliever the receipt at my home jst one day before and leave the mess that "It will not be possible now".

                  Due to business n office n diwali festival i could not deposit money into Bank and the cheque was returned. Sir, now my question is how can i come out from the situation becuase i need a HOME LOAN so i never be shown bad record in CIBIL infact i wont to get my records negative. thanx in advance.

                    My name is Kulshresth Rawal and I am a recent victim of the Credit Card fraud. As per customer service of Citibank credit card division, I was issued a credit card in August 2007 with number [protected]. However I never received this card. I have also never received any statement for this Credit Card on my mailing address.



                    Since August 2007 there was no contact done by the Credit card division people with me. As I have never applied for the Credit Card, so I was not knowing that a card has been issued in my name. Then all of a sudden two months back I got a call from a collection agency stating that i have a total due balance of Rs. 35000 on my Credit Card.I tried calling the Collections number given to me and talked to one of your collection representatives.



                    He told me that there was a shopping done by an Add on card which was issued to me. As I have not applied and not received any card I told them to block the cards immediately. The card was blocked on my request. When I told them that i never received any card, they told me that they have created a dispute and the investigation is going on. I relied on them and waited for the investigation to get over. When I don't got any call regarding the dispute on my account, i again called after 14 days.



                    They told me that still investigation is going on and I need not require to panic about it. I again got consoled and waited patiently for a result. Then all of a sudden on June 30, 2008, Citibank automatically deducted Rs.14133 from salary account in Citibank for the Credit Card due balance.



                    I contacted once again to the same people and they told me that you have a due balance of Rs. 48967 and I am bound to pay this. I told them that a dispute is going on my account and to check its progress. They didn't gave any information about it and asked me to contact the Credit Card division once again.



                    I visited e Serve office in Mohan cooperative Estate to get this issue resolved. There I met Puneet Sharma who was handling my case. He told me that a card was issued in my name and I am required to pay that amount. I asked him him produce the POD for the credit card delivery and he was not able to answer the same. How can such an important thing be delivered to someone without any authentication ??



                    When I insisted about the details and the fraud done on the Card, he told me to settle my account by paying Rs. 6000. Is it justifiable to pay such a big amount for no fault of mine??



                    I also have the call recordings of the talks I had with the collection agents and Mr. Puneet Sharma.



                    I am now being mentally tortured by your collection people for the due balance. I was required to pay the fees for my MBA papers and I was not able to do so as you deducted amount from account without any authorization. I am going through a very rough time and could not find any way out. Who will compensate for all this agony through which I have gone through.



                    And to better it off, now Mr. Punet Sharma is not picking up my call. He is avoiding me as I am his slave. Is this the kind of service we expect from such a large financial institution??



                    I always trusted Citibank and have my salary account in Citibank for last 3 years. But the way i have been treated in the past few days has changed my mind.



                    At this moment I do not find any way but to move to consumer court to get justice. I have enough evidence to prove my innocence and your carelessness. But before I move I thought of informing you about the incident.



                    So please help in getting out of this problem ASAP and refund my money which was unauthorisedly deducted from my account. Also I require a detailed investigation of this fraud done on the card In my name.



                    I am not asking anything extra for the stress and frustration given by you. I am only demanding my right and my hard earned money .

                    I also have a similar case for them but am wondering how to go about it and get my money back.

                    I am a credit card holder for Citibank. On 21st of Nov 2012 I received two messages in the morning around 07:15 AM and 07:19 AM about the two transactions that happened on my card amounting $700 and $900 which I did not do. I called Citibank immediately to inform regarding the same but they refused to take any action by saying that there is nothing that they could do till the transactions are claimed by merchant except blocking the card. I told them repeatedly as it was a fraud transaction and I did not do it they should block it.

                    I also sent them the dispute declaration form as requested by them on 22nd Nov 2012 but no action was taken. On 24th Nov the transaction was claimed by the merchant but still they did not take any action. On 25th Nov when they received a complaint from the National Consumer Helpline they registered my complaint and gave me a temporary credit and informed that the investigation would take around 60-180 days to finish after which they would take the decision that the transactions are fraud or not. I am completely at their mercy regarding the same. I have also filed a complaint regarding the same with Economic Offences Wing at Mandir Marg police station but no action was taken and after a month received a letter from them that they have forwarded my complaint to the local police station.

                    I am completely stuck and not sure what to do regarding the same. Where should I approach to get my money back.
