HSBC purposefully delaying and harassing me

Hi Team,

There was a delay in my credit card payment, I realized that and called customer care and asked for details like how they are calculating the amount which HSBC added to the statement. Also asked HSBC to send me in writing, clearly told them unless they send that to me, i am not going to clear those extra charges which they added.
