I have registered with the company csr (Brazen enterprise) for captcha work but i have not completed because of their fraud system and now they are demanding a lot of money for not completing their captcha work. A advocate send me a mail and demanded 6000 or they will file the case against me. Later they have demanded for 15000 for the noc letter. The advocate is also saying that she is from maharashtra court. They have also sent me a mail....

They make an fake agreement on my name and now asking for the money that i didn't work for them and they are threatening that they will file the case against me and demanding money of 5100 Rs.

They gives bank details but they are not providing the company official mail id .

I have received the call from the captcha company on 18th july for the captcha work to do 10000 in 10 days. If not, then as per the agreement i will need to pay 5100 rs as a penalty. After 10 days of work yesterday on 1st august i received a mail threatening me to pay the 5100+3500 legal charges to avoid the case against me. This is ravi prakash i have register to this company for the job and earlier they sign the agreement of 5100 rs if i am unable to complete my job i have pay this much, later company advocate call me threaten me about the legal notice and given 2 days time of and amount was unidentified sum of 25000. Which i was not knowing.
I did not get any agreement copy or did not any prior notice.
