Dear sir,
We had paid rs6000/for repair of tv on 27.9.19. After inspection of their
Technical man at my premises. After three days they returned tv. We found the same problem as it is under warranty period for six months. Today they returned tv. After our inspection infront of their man, we found problem is not solved. I informed their owner
Mr. Dinesh giri and requested to solve problems. I need your help or otherwise...

This company has duped me of 4000 + 300 visit charge and has not fixed my TV's issue. My TV used to restart at every intervals, they took my TV for a day and returned stating that the issue is resolved with a warranty of 3 months. However the issue was not resolved and the very next day I encounter the same problem.

They seem to be a repeated offender as per the trail complaints in the consumer forum. This needs to be seriously...

I can only say these people are the biggest frauds I have ever come across.

My Sharp LED had a problem and through google got their number. When the technician came home and after checking he said that they will have to send the LED to the service center which was somewhere in Kurla. That was my biggest mistake. Later the LED was brought back the next day and it was functional but I had a frame on the LED as there are kids...

This is a fraudcompany which is not registered.
They have put their name and number on the site as authentic dealers but in reality they are thieves. The main serpent is pankaj mishra and his chelas avdesh.. They took my tv and brought back without repair, even after complaining to the customer centre nothing happened... And my 8000/rs went to drain.. The ppl working here r useless, rude illiterate and good fr nothing... So beware...

I found their number[protected] as authorised lg service center on the internet and when i called them they confirmed that they were authorised lg service center. 450/- and return my tv as it was in condition however, the company name written on the bill is "customer support center" address is bungalow no 958, kamgar nagar, tilak nagar station road, kurla - e mumbai24
After checking for problem they told us part is damaged and said...
