The milk delivery guy stopped the service without any intimation in the month of feb 2020 and switched off the phone - since then i was trying to contact the supplier and daily ninja via emails and phone - the milk supplier is not responding to it and the daily ninja always gives reply that they will check with the supplier and return the money and till there is no response.

This is fraud company. After 6 continuous days of non delivery on 17 march i opted for withdrawal of my wallet balance, next day there standard reply came that 24 to 48 hrs action will be taken. I downloaded the app on 09 feb 2020 and started a milk delivery subscription from 10 feb 2020. There was a mandatory charge of minimum 1500rs to start any subscription which i paid through a wallet. After sometime i received a call from the no +91-[protected] to confirm my subscription and the person told that milk shall be delivered to my door-step by 7am every morning. I have subscribed the milk from dailyninja. While subscribing it to my place. It did not give me any error. Hence, i went ahead and recharged the wallet with 500 rupees. Now, i am not getting any milk delivered from you end. And you are deducting mlik charges from wallet. I checked with your delivery partner and he has confirmed that he is not working in daily ninja anymore.

Past couple of weeks no milk is supplied. They have a useless support. Only chat/message can be send. There is a call back option which after 4 days they will update saying we tried to reach but never could reach.
Meanwhile we load 1000s of rupees for getting milk which they don't supply. Initial months they will try to give the supply to get confidence. But once we start loading more amount they stop supplying.

I have received 2 half litre packets from 16th to 20th november, 2019 whereas my account has been debited for 3 half litre packets. Their app does not provide us with their customer care mail id. When i talked to the customer care they are least bothered about my issue and did respond to me at all. It has been brought to the notice of the vendor also who has also not reponded so far....

Hi, recently got to know about this app.
I have ordered almost 8 times out of which 4 times i did not get the delivery. Everytime, i raise complaint and after several calls and complaints my money will be refunded back to my account. I have been asking them to give a permanent solution or a message if the delivery cannot be done or what is the reason behind not delivering but they are least bothered. Too much of stress with this app...

Late delivery of products. The staff behaves very rudely and has no care about the consumers problem. They are not ready to refund the money even after surrendering the account and delay just by saying we will refund in 2-3 days. We still have not received any money yet even after complaining so many times. The company is not answering our questions after asking we will get the money back....

This app should be closed .For trial I ordered milk for 1 days .They delivered .Once I recharge the wallet they stop delivering products. I have recently shifted my parents to bangalore and subscribed to the services of dailyninja for milk and other groceries delivery. Dailyninja provides offers on recharging their wallets with higher amounts. After getting enough clarified from the support team i have recharged their wallet with rs.4500 with coupon code "dn2less45". This coupon should ideally give me a discount of 2 rupees on each milk packet i take for 45 days.

I have paid 1200 online and not showing in my wallet and when I ask vendor he says "the company is not answering him" and when I ask dailyninja customer support team they say a word which surprise me. The word is "### OFF", We cant do anything.

If you fail to claim this I am going to file a case against a company with help of my lawyer.
