Not getting a Genuine spare part for my washing machine

I wanted to purchase a lint filter for my Videocon washing machine model K6500 DX. I purchased this machine from Dass Electronics Kothrud on 16 March 2008. I logged the complaint as back as 15 days and all I got after 10 days was a duplicate filter. I had paid Rs.100/- for the part. I refused to take the duplicate part since It could have caused any problem to my machine or even clothes. Dass Electronics did nothing on my complaint, never...

NOT REPLACING DEFECTIVE WASHING MACHINE
Hi Gentle Man,
I bought a semi automatic wash machine from DASS ELECTRONICS KOTHRUD, when it was opened it was defective, and when i asked for a replacement they are sending there stupid technicians, who wanted to sell some stolen products from DASS to me...
After discussion with DASS KOTHRUD manager he was trying to convince me to get repair the washing machine and use, not agree to replace defective piece....
