I have deposited my asus laptop for servicing on monday, september 18th. Technician said may need change of hard disk. Said he will call tomorrow. No call, so i called. He said he has ordered some hdd card and it will come tomorrow and he will call. No call. I called again he said he's looking into it he will call tomorrow. No call.
I called on monday, he said laptop is ready he will call and tell me charges. I called twice...

My credit card number is 46**********4606, we have taken 2 Laptop from Data Care Corporation, Pune dt. 24.10.12 & 2 with EMI facility taken from them which we want to cancel with processing fees. Do the needful.
Please check following 2 transactions & guide us how to cancel this transaction.

SURCHARGE
I purchased a seagate usb 320 gb harddisk from DCC.The Invoice number-9574586 on 20th August 2009.The amount was of 3846.15 plus 4% vat ie 153.85.the total gross amount was 4000/- inr.When I did my payment through my HDFC platinum card they charged me 2% surcharge.When I got the reciept I was for an amount of 4000/- only.The surcharge was nowhere mentioned.Firstly I want to understand whether the surcharge levied by some companies is valid.And...
