I acquired sbi fixed interest bonds 2 numbers of fv rs 10000/- which has tenor period of 10 yeras.
My application number : 27806129
Dpid : in 301637
Client id : 40069662
For the above bonds allotted for 10 years from 16/03/2011 and so maturity is 16/03/2021.
To my surprise it is noted from the nsdl statement that the above 2 bonds have already been redumpted during mar 2016 itself....

I have been allotted 10 equity shares (Now split in 100 equity shares) by state bank of india under folio no: 01605235 caf no: 899291 on[protected].
So far i have not received the physical certificate for the same which may please be dispatched at an earliest on the address given here under to deposit in my dmat account being maintained by bonanza portfolio ltd. My dp id is 12033500 and client id is 01082381.

I WAS WORKING WITH DATAMATICS FIN SERVICES LTD. FOR THE PERIOD 18/0912007 TO 16/062008. MY PF FORM WAS SUBMITTED TO YOU ON 7TH OCTOBER BY HE CO. WHICH IN TURN WAS RETURNED BY PF OFFICE( KANDIVIALI) VIDE LETTER DT. 06/01/2009 FOR THE REASON THAT EMPLOYER STAMP & SIGNATURE MISSING.
THE SAID FORM DULY SIGNED & STAMP WAS RETURNED TO THE PF OFFICE IN FEBRUARY.BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD ANY RESPONSE....
