Its been 4days till now they dint do installation. v paid 2200, as they said they give instant connection but whenever v call they r going on postponing and the owner is least bother, v r trying to talk to him but he is not responding. this broadband is the worst one and there is no level of service. What all they mentioned in their website, none they follow. v asked for the money back but they r not showing interest for the cancellation....

Actually our product price is 1500 rupees we paid an advance of 1000 rupees on[protected] and then there was no proper response from the company officials and so we decided to cancel our request and we submitted the cancellation request on[protected]. They informed that our money would be refunded in 7 days but till now there was no refund of that money. Whenever we call them they tell that our amount will refund in 4-5 days. Please consider...
