I had deposited Rs. 10000 with DCM Financial Services Limited vide their FDR No 69232 and the same was due in 1998. But till date I did not get my money back after so long period. I am an 55 year old and in very much need of money, kindly let me know how can i get my money refund on urgent basis. whenever i contach at their office i am replied with the only answer that the matter is in the court....

I have invested in dcm debenture in the year 1996 and same are due in 1998.In respect of above i have send the original bond with regd letter receipt no. 1237 on 21.04.1998 but till date i did not received any payment. We had deposited Rs.30, 000/- each on 17/01/1997. The deposits were matured on 17/01/1998.

As per company law board orders 2 instalments of Rs 12, 500/- were returned, remaining 2 instalments are not repayed.

We had also sent several reminders requesting for refund of the remaining matured amounts with interest and asking DCM Financial services Limited to note change of our residential address.
