This in light of the application submitted to dcm financials via courier dated 18th july 2018.

It is requested to provide us an update and the required payment. As couple of my colleagues has received the payments. However, the application submitted for mr. Bhavya jain (Fdr no. 67488) has not been repaid yet.

I have invested Rs.5000/- with DCM Financial Services Ltd., New Delhi for its fully secured debentures(FD for 18 months) by Central Bank of India during 1996. The Company and its Trustee/guarantor has not paid the due amount on maturity with interest till date ispite of various follow up. They have done fraud and pretending for payment in the name of subjudice matter.
Being a lady and small investor, I urge to intervene please.br...

Dear Sir:
We wish to bring to your kind notice on failure of the DCM Financial Services Ltd. to pay the maturity amount along with interest. A brief recital of the case is as under:
i. I had deposited a sum of Rs. 10, 000/- vide FDR No. 72917 on 19th March, 1997 and the maturity amount of Rs. 11, 881/- was to be paid by DCM FSL on 19th March, 1998.
ii. From 1998 we are consistently waiting for their response on payment...

An Investment of Rs. 10000/- was made in the Company in the form of FDR for 1 year vide FDR No. 48270 dtd. 24.11.1996 maturing on 23.11.1997 having Maturity Value of Rs. 11608/- After vigorous follow-up, the Company paid Rs. 5000/- only vide ch. no. 759159 dtd. 02.11.1998 and informed that as per the order passed by the Company Law Board, on 17.07.1998 the Balance amount payable to me
with upto-date Intt. will be released before 23.11.1999...

I am Nirmal Aggarwal, holder of Debenture Certificate worth Rs. 10000. The redemption of this debenture was to be done in the year 1998 but not even a single rupee has been given by the Company. Please tell us the procedure through which I can get my money back. Even if the Company is not able to repay, the Central Bank of India should sell the mortgaged property and repay the amount....

Dear Sir,
I made a FD of Rs. 10000 with M/s DCM Financial Services Ltd which matured on[protected] and the said FD receipt was sent to them for redemption I followed up rigorously with their office at Bangalore as long as the office was there at Bangalore. I did not receive anything so far Once the office was closed down I did not know what to do till I came to know about this forum
My husband has retired from a pvt employment...
