Deal Club...

Order product on 14 may but not received my order and i pay online advance payment. Very bad and fake website. Order number #1139 drone camera. Still 20 days complete but my order not received....

On 7th April 2020 order no #2920(hand watch) they are told me they will inform me when my order order ship. But till now no update. And I am already too many time send mail in contact mail id. But no response.
Kindly inform me when my order reach me......

I ordered a usb spycam and it shipped promptly, except it had a european plug. I phone customer service and they told me to ship it back and it would be replaced. After 3 months and 4 phone calls and 2 emails... Nothing. Keep getting refered to their "shipping dept". The person i speak to at their customer service can hardly speak english, and when i wanted a refund i was advised that i had to wait until it could get resolved by their shipping...

I bought this and is was not complete i called them and they said they would send me the missing parts (Usb cable and thye chip) this morning i called and they said they would refund my money so i called my bank and they did not this is not the first time they said that they refunded my money (My order number 1794671) $54. And $14.95 postage i hope you get these very bad people off the internet...

It's a fraud company. I had ordered hair brush worth 29$ but they debited 48$ instead which was never mentioned on checkout page. After a month they again debited 9$ from my card. They are not replying to any emails now and customer support no is not reachable. I lost my 60$ for this fraud company. It's been 2months now still i haven't received my product....

FRAUD (DEAL CLUB SALE) selling Hair Brush

I bought an item on the 6th of May. And on the 18th May, i received a shipping confirmation
email from them but under the tracking number, there is no links or no tracking number.
Therefore, I have written another email on the 25th May requesting for a tracking number.
I got an automatic reply which is quoted as below:

“ Thank you for contacting...

On 29 april 2017 i ordered the following: (1442) defender x tactical led and ink upgrade. (Order #[protected]$9.95). Defender x tactical pen (2) ($39.95). Your response: your order is scheduled to ship within 1 - 2 days. On 23 may 2017 i emailed you my concern in this regard. On 13 june 2017 i forwarded another concern just no reply after numerous attempts....

They are even replying to my mail, i have sent more than 10 emails. Only once they picked my call and they are telling, they cannot refund my amount for the order,, the price of the product was 28.95, but when they debited it was 48.95$+9.95$, which was not displayed anywhere. I think its a fraud company. And i am not even about to get my product tracked and no information about my product.. Its not a small amount for me.. I am very much...
