Sent damaged item @ Rs.999/-
Afterwards not correspond with them anyway.
All responsibility imposed over facebook because they
entertained that type of fraudulent companies!
So I refund my money....

They give advertise through facebook and provoked person to buy! So facebook also responsible....

The Office 2019 Pro product key sold with order number #1045. The Microsoft license manager is popup as invalid license. Tried couple for reinstallation of the Office 2019 application. Still the key is not getting accepted by Microsoft. Had tried reaching by email. they directed to come in WhatsApp chat. When opened the chat and key in compliant no reply from the other side. Would need a proper Office 2019 retail key which can fix this issue....

I had purchased Microsoft Office 365 subscription from Dealkart in November, 2019. The offering mentioned lifetime access to Office 365 and Desktop app in their website and confirmation email.

I recently found out that I do not have any active license anymore when I started seeing "Product deactivated" message in Office apps.

When I reached out to Dealkart regarding this, the said they cannot help as they don't...

We purchased ms office 2nos and we tried installing and activating product. But while activating ivr says its not a valid key and to return to retailer.
I even spoke to customer care executive of microsoft activation team and he said that both the keys provided by you is already activated hence can not used again.

Tried reaching dealkart to get it rectified. But representative said it can not be activated and i need...

I have purchased adobe acrobat xi pro key through dealkart india website on 16th jan and received confirmation email from them. I have been following up with dealkart through phone and whatsapp number and every time i get only one response that we are checking but till date not received the product key. Paid money through payu. Please shut this website to stop any future frauds....

I have placed an order for ms office professional 2016 on february 15, 2019, since i didn't get any response from the seller i tried to reach them on the telephone number given on their website. The f powerbank is not working. The whole product is wastage of money. Earphones and powerbank product is fake mi and charger is of samsung in place of mi.
