i have ordered set of reebok watches on 26june.... they said it will be delivered in 21 working days... but yet not recieved... customer executives donot have answers...order no- 160862


i had ordered for a salon voucher...it showed cancelled and money has been deducted from my bank account...inspite of cllng several times...they dnt have proper answer...onli wht theysay is..wait24 to 72 hrs..well contact u shortly......

Hi, This is pretty serious. I bought the deals from you Deals and you for movie tickets and the validity of the service was till 13 August 2011 now all of a sudden you decided to reduce my validity to 31 July 2011 and the Helpline is a disaster as always.
Nobody wants to help and cannt even call you for the assistance. When i first called the systems were down. Today i had a family plan for going to movie and nobody was picking up...

I had placed order through "Deals and You" on May 16th for 3 travel bags. Payment was made on the same day through credit card. Delivery was to be done in 21 days as per terms and conditions of the offer.

Delivery has not been made till date (Its almost 2 months).

I have made about 9 phone calls to their support department, not to mention about 6 emails....

Once the vouchers are received by you, you are expected to wait for a phone / e-mail from the vendor (in this case Kesari Online Services) in order to confirm your dates of travel.
