Paid rs 13000 / - but neither recd delivery not refund they are

Are fraud so pl look into the matter and pl give me refund

Our ebs payment id is 77611561 of rs 12999/-...

Paid rs 11, 049.15 to deals market through internet banking to grab redmi note 4 mobile on dated 17th june, 2017. They delivered me invoice on the same day and assured me to deliver me the product by 25 th june, 2017. But till date neither i have received the product nor any massage. Noe the site is closed and it seems that the site is a big fraud.

I was ordered redmi 3s prime (Gold, 32 gb) (3 gb ram) mobile through deals market website. And paid rs. 7649.15 through hdfc netbanking on 16.06.2017 vide merchant reference number : 3299 ebs payment id : 77675574.

Still no product and no any information recd. Now i am confirmed that i am victim of fraudness of deals market and foolness of ebs payment gateway.

Now website is closed. This is all fraud due to...

Even site is not reachable, they left msg for inconvenience, payment is done in account of nationwide technologies from paytm
Site of nationwide technology is also fake i think address is of haridwar.
No one is receiving calls on customer care no. And nither they are replying of the emails...
