Poor service and complain follow up by Deccan Honda Dhankawadi Branch

I have sent my Honda Amaze for regular service in Deccan Honda Pune service Center. They did regular service and cleaning of car as part of service. Wrost cleaning done by service and cleaning department. I charged for more than 13000/- INR and provide durty car back to me. Car also smelled badly from bext day. Servicing

Rude behaviour and dissatisfaction on the service provided

Hi,

I had recently submitted my car for body shop work at Deccan Honda, Dhankawadi Branch Pune.
Usually it takes 3-5 days at maximum to finish this work.

However, here the service advisor named "Shubham Shinde" giving unusual reasons extended work and handed over my vehicle post 10-11 days.

Additionally there is constant concern about cleaning work which gets collected in the form of feedback...

I bought my car, a Honda City 2012 model from Deccan Honda. Within a few months I had a problem where the AC started having complaints - I could hear a metallic sound and the cooling was very low. I reported it in ~March 2013. At that time I was given a gas refill and was sent back. There was no fix. Then the problem recurred - same problem again in some time. Now the average time it takes for this problem to recur is between 15-18 months....

Servicing Related

service staff misbehaviour

Had booked for servicing of my amaze mh12 pc 3162 which had to be picked up at 10.30 from the given address, the driver came and said, he can not come to exact address as he does not know english language.

Here the question is, if driver is not able to read address in a particular language then why deccan gives him address in that language.

Delayed delivery

Its been 3 months now i have booked wrv diesel top model. Worst service from deccan honda. They dint even inform about it. They just dont care about their costumers. Salesman is rude and has no manners at all. It feels like m buying my car from a local showroom. My loan was sanctioned 1 month back which is now going to lapse. Service booklet and user manual

After contacting and follow up for at least 20 times they provided us with an older service book.

Payment sent but saying not received

I booked my Honda Jazz at Deccan Honda Bund Garden Road Pune. I made full payment on 6th August through PNB Nanapeth Branch Bank. On the Day of Delivery the sales Leader who was looking my case says they have not received any amount from bank. UTR no. for RTGS transaction was also provided.
