Like 360+ consumers, I had also paid an advance towards the plot at Urban Woods, Devanhalli. From our family we have invested in 6 plots altogether. So far we have received only the MOU documents. There was no communication further except for last week when we received notice from advocate about Mr Venkat's insolvency.
Please look into this as 360+ people have invested their hard earned money.

We have filed so many complaints against Venkat Gautham in this website but so far there has not been any response. I was surprised to see so many email from the fraudster Venkat Gautam and his assosiate to divert people's mind by all stories which doest make sense to normal investor.

We have booked in daffodils in May 2008. After many followups the cheques issued but as usual got bounced.
They mentioned about a meeting for Daffodils in Jan 3rd week. But there is no formal communication about the time and place.

Be aware of these guys. Deccan Properties so called owner the Great Gautam does not own any land in Sriperumbudur. He is just misguiding people. He will offer some land far far away un-approved and will ask for the remaining 60% of the payment. This is his trick of getting more money from us. I have not seen Mr. Gautam since January 2009. He is in bangalore and comes to office when he does not expect any customer to visit (during office hours). If you meet the staff at the office, you get good promises of setting up an appointment with the VIP Mr. Gautam, but no one has bothered to call me back even after hourly and daily follow-ups. I booked a 2400sq. ft. land in the Daffodils project in Sriperumbudur in Dec 2007 when Deccan properties confirmed that they have the panchayat approval and were just awaiting the DTCP approval.

I paid an advance amount of Rs. 2, 98, 000.00 and they promised to have the land registered to me in a few weeks.
