I have booked a plot in Omega city, but builder has done a fraud with us, any update on same....

I have booked a plot of 200 Sq. Yards in my wife name and paid Rs. 3, 13, 500 as booking amount and 1st instalment. Total 60% amount has been paid upto 26.4.2013. Even after three years, neither the plot was allotted nor the amount was refunded. On company's letter head, the company has assured that money can be refunded after 2 years with 12% p, a. interest.

I now lodge complaint for refund of money with interest @ 12% p.a....

I am in the same trouble. i booked 2 plots(in name of my wife) 250 & 160 sqyd in omega city, kotputli, rajasthan.but these frauds neither gave me the possession of plot nor returned the money with agreed conditions.so i am going to file FIR against these cheaters.Any o[censored] are free to contact me in this matter.
