We bought this product online for about 15000 inr on Oct 27 we didn't recieve any confirmation from the company that the order had been placed or not...

I have purchased a sofa cum bed to gift to my parents on their wedding aniversary for 10550. i have made the payment through my friends google pay account. I got a mail after making payment that my order will be expected by 7 nov 2020 but i made selection for 31st oct . i tried contacting the customer care or the whatsapp number given i get no response . Its my first month salary i saved it to gift. tears roll out on seeing the other complaints....

I ordered 2 pieces of furniture on 13th Oct, 2020 for a tv unit and a chair. The amount was INR 4, 348. i paid via Gpay and the payment was successful. However, the website never redirected to payment successful. the order status on the website shows pending. I tried calling the customer care number they have provided, but it never connects. obviously, it's an incorrect contact number. i also texted them on WhatsApp to check about this, but...
