non receipt of payment of early redemption still from 26/08/09

Sir,
I have not recieved any payment of early reedemption option of the above said bond sr.no. 03362738, submited on 26/08/09.It was in the name of my father Mr.lakshmi kanta ghosh who died on 2000.I have done all formality but still I didn't get my money on my A/C.
I need the money urgently so,Sir please help me out in this matter.
