0N 26.03.2018 when checked my balance in bank of baroda app I came to know that a balance of 1062 rupees has been deducted. I don't know why they have deducted even though I didn't made any transaction today and I don't even get message of this transaction. How can you deduct customers money without any prior notice and not even informing after the deduction also.

Below are 3 emails which I have send to TDR process dept, for my 6 PNR ticket from Raipur to Nagpur Journey of 23 persons, in reality the train was late for more than 4 hours which leads up to 6 hours as per information received our team members left the Raipur station after 3 and half hours form the schedule Dep. time of train for Nagpur because they had connecting train to Mumbai from Nagpur.
